Özet

El-Ghadir mahallesi, Kerbela vilayetinin gecekondu fenomeninden etkilenen bölgelerinden biridir. Gecekondu olgusunun günümüzde gelişmekte olan ülkelerin yaşadığı ve çözülmesi zorlaşan en önemli planlama sorunlarından biri haline geldiği yer, Sosyo-ekonomik kalkınma sürecine engeller yaratmaya yansıyan bir başka boyut. Ekonomik, sosyal ve güvenlik açısından gelişmekte olan dünyada şehir yaşamı için en büyük tehlike kaynaklarından biri olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu sorunun nedenleri ve tezahürlerinin çokluğu nedeniyle, sosyal ekonomi, planlama, mimari ve çevre dahil olmak üzere birçok alanda uzmanlar tarafından ele alınmıştır. Rastgele yapılaşma olgusundan ve kentin çevresine olumsuz yansımalarından etkilenen yerlerden biri de Kerbela Valiliği'dir.Kerbela şehri için bir araştırmacı tarafından yürütülen saha araştırması, şehrin kurulduğu planlama standartlarının uygulama eksikliği olduğunu açıkça ortaya koydu, bu da pratik olarak ayakta durmayı ve genişlemesini ölçeklendirmeyi ve buna karşılık gelen planlama çözümlerini bulmayı gerektiriyor.

Al-Ghadir neighborhood is one of the areas of Karbala governorate that has been affected by the phenomenon of slums that the governorates of Iraq and the whole world suffer from. Where the phenomenon of squatter housing has become one of the most prominent planning problems that developing countries suffer from at the present time, which are becoming difficult to solve another dimension, which is reflected in creating obstacles to the socio-economic development process. It is considered one of the greatest sources of danger to city life in the developing world in terms of economic, social and security aspects. Due to the multiplicity of causes and manifestations of this problem, it has been addressed by specialists in many fields, including social economy, planning, architecture and the environment. Karbala governorate is one of the places affected by the phenomenon of slums and its negative repercussions on the city's environment. As it became clear through the field study for the city of Karbala that there is a lack of application of the planning standards according to which the city was established, which calls for standing practically and scaling its expansion and finding planning solutions that correspond to the general situation. The proposal for the design of housing units consisting of concrete blocks spread in very large numbers provides a solution to two problems, the first is the problem of the spread of slums, and the second is the disposal of large numbers of concrete blocks. To create the housing unit design, the Revit architectural (BIM) program was used to construct the residential shed by concrete blocks. The design proposal was made according to the Iraqi technical standards in terms of the number of family members and what takes into account the social culture in the city of Karbala.
