Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı spor sevk ve idaresinden sorumlu personelin örgütsel destek algısının, personelin cinsiyet (kadın, erkek), mezun olduğu bölüm türü (spor bilimleri, diğer) ve istihdam ediliş şekline (kadrolu, sözleşmeli) göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmanın evrenini Siirt İl'indeki sporun sevk ve idaresinden sorumlu ve en az lisans düzeyinde mezun olan personel oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya %34,4 'ü kadın, %65.6'sı erkek olmak üzere toplam 122 kişi katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, Demografik Bilgi Formu ve Giray ve Şahin (2012) tarafından geliştirilen güvenirlik katsayısı .93 olarak hesaplanan ''Örgütsel Destek Algısı Ölçeği'' kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin normal dağılmaması nedeni ile katılımcıların örgütsel destek algısının, personelin cinsiyeti, mezun olduğu bölüm türü ve istihdam şekline göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını ortaya koymak amacı ile Mann-Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları katılımcıların örgütsel destek algısının cinsiyet, istihdam şekline göre farklılaşmadığını ortaya koymuştur. Araştırmada ayrıca, katılımcıların mezun oldukları bölüm türüne göre örgütsel destek algılarında ise fark bulunmuş ve spor bilimleri alanından mezun olan personelin örgütsel destek algısının diğer bölümlerden mezun olan personele göre anlamlı derece yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the perceived organizational support of the personnel responsible for sports management differs according to their gender (female or male), the type of school they graduated from (sports sciences, other), and the way they are employed (permanent, contracted). The population of the research consists of personnel who are responsible for the administration and administration of sports in Siirt and have at least a bachelor's degree. A total of 122 people, 34.4% female and 65.6% male, participated in the research. The Demographic Information Form and the Perceived Organizational Support Scale developed by Giray and ahin (2012) with a reliability coefficient of.93 were used as data collection tools in the study. Since the data obtained in the study were not normally distributed, the Mann-Whitney U test was used to examine whether the participants' perceived organizational support differed according to the gender of the personnel, the type of school they graduated from, and the type of employment. The research findings revealed that the participants' perceived organizational support perception did not differ according to gender and employment type. In the study, there was also a difference in the perceived organizational support according to the type of school they graduated from, and it was concluded that the organizational support perception of the personnel who graduated from the field of sports sciences was significantly higher than the personnel who graduated from other departments.
