Başlık: Ventrogluteal Bölgeden Z Tekniği ile Kas İçine Enjeksiyon Uygulama Konusunda Hemşirelere Verilen Beceri Eğitiminin Değerlendirilmesi Amaç: Bu araştırma, hemşirelere ventrogluteal bölgeden Z tekniğini kullanarak kas içi enjeksiyon uygulamasına yönelik verilen beceri eğitiminin etkinliğini değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırma bir Sağlık, Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde ön-test son-test deseninde randomize kontrollü deneysel bir araştırma olarak Nisan 2019 - Ağustos 2019 tarihleri arasında yürütülmüştür. Araştırma örneklemini uygulama grubu 47, kontrol grubu 48 olmak üzere 95 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Uygulama grubuna teorik eğitim ve beceri eğitimi, kontrol grubuna ise sadece teorik eğitim verilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin analizi Statistical Package for Social Sciences for Windows 25.0 programı ile yapılmıştır. İki grup arasındaki puan farklılığını ölçmek için bağımsız örneklem t testi, grup içi farklılıklarını incelemek için McNemar testi uygulanmıştır. Öğrenci Memnuniyeti ve Öğrenmede Kendine Güven Ölçeği'nin güvenilirlik katsayısı 0,914 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Title: Evoluation of Nurses' Skill Training on the Intramuscular Injection With Z Technique in Ventrogluteal Region. Aim: This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the skill training given to nurses for intramuscular injection using the Z technique from the ventrogluteal region. Method: The research was conducted between April 2019 and August 2019 as a randomized controlled experimental study in a pre-test post-test design in a Health, Practice and Research Hospital. The sample of the research consisted of 95 nurses, 47 in the application group and 48 in the control group. Theoretical training and skills training was given to the application group, while only theoretical training was given to the control group. Analysis of the research data was made with the Statistical Package for Social Sciences for Windows 25.0 program. Independent sample t-test was used to test the difference in scores between the two groups, and the McNemar test was used to examine the within-group differences. The reliability coefficient of the Student Satisfaction and Self-Confidence in Learning Scale was calculated as 0.914.
