Özet
İhracat teşvikleri, firmalara ihracat faaliyetlerinin desteklenmesi için hükümetler tarafından sağlanan desteklerdir. Firmalarda verimliliğin artması, ülkelerde ise ihracat faaliyetlerinin dinamik hale getirilmesi karar vericiler tarafından hedeflenmekte olup bu noktada ihracat teşvikleri ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Konya imalat sanayisi açısından ihracat teşviklerinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikle araştırmanın amacı ve kapsamına yer verilmiştir. Ardından iki bölümde dış ticaret ve ihracat finansmanı konularının ele alındığı kavramsal çerçeve sunulmuştur. Bunun yanında teşvik kavramı ve teşvikin amaçları, ihracat teşviki, Türkiye'de ihracat teşviki uygulamaları ile ilişkili konular değerlendirilmiştir. Ardından Türkiye ve Konya ihracat verileri sunulmuştur. Konya'da ihracatın genel durumu, ihracatın sektörlere ve alt sektörlere göre dağılımı, ihracatın ithalatı karşılama oranı, faydalı model başvuruları ve tescilleri, model başvuruları ve tescilleri, marka ve patent istatistikleri gibi veriler incelenmiştir. Konya Ticaret Odası ve Konya Sanayi Odası ile yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda elde edilen çıktılara da yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları, Konya'nın ihracat faaliyetlerinde önde gelen illerden biri olduğunu göstermektedir. Konya'da faaliyet gösteren firmaların ihracat faaliyetleri bağlamında daha fazla desteklenmesinin Konya'nın ihracat başarısını daha da arttıracağı düşünülmektedir.

Export incentives are the supports provided by governments to companies to support their export activities. Increasing productivity in companies and making export activities dynamic in countries are targeted by decision makers, and export incentives come to the fore at this point. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate export incentives in terms of Konya manufacturing industry. In the study, first of all, the aim and scope of the research are given. Then, the conceptual framework in which foreign trade and export finance are discussed is presented in two parts. In addition, the concept of incentive and the purposes of the incentive, export promotion, export promotion practices in Turkey were evaluated. Then, Turkey and Konya export data are presented. The general situation of exports in Konya, Data such as the distribution of exports by sectors and sub-sectors, the ratio of exports to imports, utility model applications and registrations, model applications and registrations, trademark and patent statistics were examined. The outputs obtained as a result of the negotiations with the Konya Chamber of Commerce and the Konya Chamber of Industry are also included. Research results show that Konya is one of the leading provinces in export activities. It is thought that further support of companies operating in Konya in the context of export activities will further increase Konya's export success.
