Özet
Ka'bî'nin Kitâbu'l-Makâlât isimli eserini ve onun Mezhepler Tarihindeki yerini konu edinen bu çalışmanın planı Ka'bî'nin Kitâbu'l-Makâlât adlı eserinde gündemine aldığı ve tartışma konusu yaptığı temel meseleler ekseninde oluşturulmuş, kapsamı ve çerçevesi de buna göre belirlenmiştir. Kitâbu'l-Makâlât'ın tamamı okunarak hazırlanan bu çalışmada öncelikle Ka'bî'nin görüşleri tespit edilmiş daha sonra da bu görüşlerin karşılaştırmalı olarak tahlil edilmesi yoluna gidilmiştir. Ayrıca onun mezhepler tarihi yazımında takip ettiği metodla mütekaddimîn döneminin ve sonraki dönemlerin izlediği usûller ve benimsedikleri tavırlar eleştirel biçimde değerlendirilmiştir. Ka'bî ile diğer makâlât müellifleri arasında kısa mukayeseler yapılarak onun görüş ve yöntemlerinin Mu'tezile ekolü içindeki izdüşümleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Böylece hem Mu'tezile geleneği içindeki farklılaşmalara hem de Ka'bî'nin, muhalif fırkaların makâlât yazarları nezdindeki konumuna ve onların üzerinde bıraktığı derin tesirlere işaret edilmiştir. Araştırmanın temel yöntemi, ele alınan konunun ve yer verilen problemlerin birincil ve temel kaynaklar üzerinden incelenmesi olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu bağlamda öncelikle Ka'bî'nin eserleri kaynak tarama yöntemi ile baştan sona okunmuş ve ele alınan konunun kapsamına giren meseleler ve onun öne çıkardığı fikirler tespit ve tahlil edilmiştir. Çalışmanın ilk aşamasını teşkil eden bu evre tamamlandıktan, bir anlamda Ka'bî'nin öne çıkardığı ana unsurlar belirlendikten sonra bu esaslara ve konu başlıklarına göre araştırmanın planı ortaya konulmuştur. Sonrasında ise belirlenen plan ve Ka'bî'nin önemsediği prensipler ekseninde ele alınan ana ve alt başlıklar ve temel problemler, merkezde Ka'bî'nin nazara verdiği temel meseleler bulunmak kaydıyla mukayeseli olarak incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak -ayrıntılarına bu çalışmanın içeriğinde yer verildiği üzere- Ka'bî'nin metod olarak objektif bir tavır benimsediği tespit edilmiş ve bu yaklaşımının hem onun mezhepler tarihi yazıcılığındaki konumunu perçinlediği hem de günümüz mezhepler tarihi yazıcılığı açısından geleneğe doğru geniş bir projeksiyon imkânı sağladığı görülmüştür.

The plan of this study, which deals with Kaʿbī's work titled Kitāb al-Maqālāt and its place in the History of Sects, was formed in the axis of the main issues that Kaʿbī took into his agenda and discussed in his work called Kitāb al-Maqālāt, and its scope and framework were determined accordingly. In this study, which was prepared by reading the whole of Kitāb al-Maqālāt, first of all, Kaʿbī's views were determined and then these views were analyzed comparatively. In addition, the method followed by him in the historiography of sects and the methods followed and the attitudes adopted by the mutaqaddimin period and the following periods were critically evaluated. By being made short comparisons between Kaʿbī and other makālāt authors, the projections of his views and methods within the Mu'tazilah ecole have been tried to be determined. Thus, both the differentiations within the Mu'tazilah tradition and the position of Kaʿbī in the eyes of the opposing sects and the deep influences he left on them were pointed out. The basic method of the research was determined as the examination of the subject and the problems included in the primary and basic sources. In this context, first of all, Kaʿbī's works were read from beginning to end with the source scanning method, and the issues within the scope of the subject discussed and the ideas that he put forward were identified and analyzed. After completing this phase, which constitutes the first stage of the study, and in a sense, after determining the main elements that Kaʿbī put forward, the plan of the research was put forward according to these principles and subject headings. Afterwards, the main and sub-headings and the main problems dealt with in the axis of the determined plan and the principles that Kaʿbī cares about, were examined comparatively, with the main issues that Kaʿbī considered in the center. As a result, as the details are included in the content of this study, it has been determined that Kaʿbī adopted an objective attitude as a method and it has been seen that this approach both reinforces his position in the historiography of sects and provides a wide projection opportunity towards the tradition in terms of today's historiography of sects.
