This study tries to shed light on the modern mental status on the belief issues on the GODS side which are related to divan self and the descriptions and the actions and it studies the different allegations showing the criticism directed to it. The study started with an introduction which conveyed the concept modernity and the relationship between the other related concepts and also it has talked about origin and characterization of the divine concept and the speech science which must be taken care of . The first chapter came to research the point of view of the modern mental concept towards the divine concept and criticizing the issues of claiming that the divine concept is invented and ambiguous leading to the transition of divinity to human being. The second chapter came to study the modern mental point of view towards the mental evidences to the presence of Allah and I have mentioned the objections to these evidences with the answers to the objections. The evidence has been decided on the bases of the speakers method through the existence evidence which shows the presence of Allah through the existence of the word. An evidence through creation and invention. The third chapter discussed the divine knowledge sources, the claims that passion can be a source of knowledge to know Allah instead of the mental evidence which are fin al. The fourth chapter talked about the divine being and the divine characteristics. Finally, in the fifth chapter the divine action has been taken care obligation, and choice. The researcher tried to use the speech method (scholastic) as well as the modern books to answer the different claims. The researcher has put a conclusion for this study to show the results reached.
