Özet
Türkçe ve edebiyat eğitiminde edebî metinlerin önemli bir vazifesi vardır. Edebî metinler içinde müstesna bir konumda olan manzum metinlerin ise gerek dil eğitimi gerekse de duygu, düşünce ve değer eğitiminde bireylerin gelişimine yön vereceği muhakkaktır. Manzum metin, nazm köküyle bağlantılı olarak düzenli biçimde yazılmış şiir veya muntazamlı metin olarak addedilip âhenk unsurlarını bünyesinde barındıran kafiye ve redif unsurlarıyla örülü vezinli yapılardır. Ancak bu unsurlar nitelikli bir manzum metin olabilmesi için yeterli olmayıp çalışmaya da yön veren“âhenk”,“imgesel özellikler”,“yazınsal özerklik”ve“çocuğa görelik”niteliklerine de haiz olması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada 2020-2021 Eğitim-Öğretim döneminde okutulan 5. ve 6. sınıf Türkçe ders kitaplarındaki manzum metinlerin belirlenen niteliklere uygunluğu alan yazın incelemesi ve tarama yöntemi kullanılarak dört alan yazın uzmanı tarafından değerlendirilmiş ve birtakım sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda 3 farklı Türkçe ders kitabındaki 42 manzum metinden 13 tanesi“iyi”(%30,9), 24 tanesi“orta”(%57,1) ve 5 tanesi ise“zayıf”(%12) olarak uzmanlarca nitelendirilmiştir. Bu sonuçlar ışığında Türkçe ders kitaplarına manzum metin seçiminde gereken hassasiyetin ve çabanın gösterilmediği söylenebilir. Orta kademe öğrencilerinin yaşları gereği duygu, düşünce ve hayal pencerelerinin genişliği ve ruhsal durumlarının değişkenliği de düşünüldüğünde manzum metinlerin ufuk açıcı ve rehabilite edici bir misyonu vardır. Çalışmanın sonunda uzmanların görüşleri dikkate alınarak Türkçe ders kitaplarında olmasının yararlı olduğu düşünülen manzum metinler bir liste halinde verilmiştir.

Literary texts have an important role in Turkish and literary education. It is certain that verse texts, which are in an exceptional position among literary texts, will direct the development of individuals both in language education and in education of emotions, thoughts and values. A verse text is a poem written in a regular form in connection with the root of verse, or it is a rhyme and rhyme structure that is considered as a regular text and contains the elements of harmony. However, these elements are not sufficient for it to be a qualified verse text, and it must also have the qualities of“harmony”,“imaginative features”,“literary autonomy”and“relevant to the child”, which also guide the study. In this study, the suitability of the verse texts in the 5th and 6th grade Turkish textbooks taught in the 2020-2021 academic year with the determined qualifications was evaluated by four field experts using the literature review and scanning method, and some results were reached. As a result of the evaluations, 13 of the 42 verse texts in 3 different Turkish textbooks were described by experts as“good”(30.9%), 24 as“moderate”(57.1%) and 5 as“poor”(12%). In the light of these results, it can be said that the necessary sensitivity and effort are not shown in the selection of verse texts for Turkish textbooks. Poetic texts have an eye-opening and rehabilitative mission when considering the wide range of emotions, thoughts and imagination windows and the variability of their mental states due to the age of middle school students. At the end of the study, the verse texts that are thought to be useful in Turkish textbooks are given in a list, taking into account the opinions of the experts.
