Özet
Çocuk emeği ve devlet arasındaki ilişkinin incelendiği bu çalışmada çocuk emeği olgusu ve bu olgunun asıl bileşeni olan çocuk kavramı kendi tarihsellikleri içinde incelenecektir. Bu inceleme yapılırken, çocuk ve çocuk emeğine ilişkin toplumsal algının tarihsel serüvenine, üretim tarzı-biçimi ve üretim ilişkileri, mülkiyet ve sınıf meselesi temelinde - (toplumsal yapıların değişimiyle ortaya çıkan etkiler) bağlamında bakılacaktır. Çünkü çocuğun işçileşmesi ancak üretim biçim ve ilişkileri ile açıklanabilir. Bu anlamda devletin önlem ve teşviklerinin asıl anlamları, üretim biçim ve ilişkileri, sınıf meselesi temelinde kavranabilir. Modern devlet, kapitalist üretim biçimi ve ilişkilerine göre şekillenen ve bu bağlamda çocuğu işçileştiren yapıdadır. Modern devlet ve çocuk emeği ilişkisi tezin temel sorunudur.

In this study, which examines the relationship between child labor and the state, the phenomenon of child labor and the concept of child, which is the main component of this phenomenon, will be examined within their own historicity. In this analysis, the historical adventure of the social perception of child and child labor will be examined in the context of the mode of production and relations of production, property and class issue - (effects arising from the change of social structures). Because child labor can only be explained in terms of production methods and relations. In this sense, the main meanings of the measures and incentives of the state, the mode and relations of production can be understood on the basis of class issue. The modern state has a structure that is shaped according to the capitalist mode of production and relations and in this context makes the child worker.The relationship between the modern state and child labor is the main problem of the thesis.
