Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, spor lisesi öğrencilerinin kariyer uyum yetenekleri ile olumlu gelecek beklentilerini, öğrencilerin kişisel bilgilerinden elde edilen bağımsız değişkenlere göre incelemek ve aralarındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir. Çalışmaya 2021-2022 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılında 3 farklı spor lisesinde öğrenim gören ve yaşları 14 ile 18 arasında değişen 134'ü kadın ve 434'ü erkek toplam 568 spor lisesi öğrencisi katılmıştır. Araştırmada,“Kişisel Bilgi Formu”,“Kariyer Uyum Yetenekleri Ölçeği”ve“Olumlu Gelecek Beklentisi Ölçeği”veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmıştır. Verilerin istatistiki analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler; t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, Kruskal-Wallis testi, Scheffe çoklu karşılaştırma testi, Regresyon analizi, Pearson ve Spearman korelasyon testi kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların hem KUYÖ hem de OGBÖ puanları ortalamanın üzerindedir. Sınıf değişkenine göre katılımcıların KUYÖ puanları anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaşmaktadır. Yaş ile KUYÖ puanları arasında anlamlı ilişkiler tespit edilirken sporculuk yaşı ile hem KUYÖ hem de OGBÖ puanları arasında anlamlı ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir. Algılanan akademik başarı durumu değişkenine göre hem KUYÖ hem de OGBÖ puanları anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaşmamaktadır. Öğrencilerin kariyer uyum yetenekleri ile olumlu gelecek beklentileri arasında pozitif yönde ve yüksek düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilirken öğrencilerin kariyer uyum yetenekleri, olumlu gelecek beklentilerini anlamlı bir şekilde yordamaktadır. Genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde, katılımcıların hem kariyer uyum yetenekleri hem de olumlu gelecek beklentilerinin görece yüksek olduğu söylenebilir. Son sınıfta öğrenim gören öğrencilerin kariyer uyum yetenekleri daha yüksektir. Yaş büyüdükçe kariyer uyum yeteneği artarken sporculuk yaşı büyüdükçe hem kariyer uyum yeteneği hem de olumlu gelecek beklentisi artmaktadır. Algılanan akademik başarı durumu arttıkça, spor lisesi öğrencilerinin hem kariyer uyumları hem de olumlu gelecek beklentileri artmaktadır. Öğrencilerin kariyer uyum yetenekleri arttıkça, olumlu gelecek beklentileri artmaktadır.

The aim of this research is to examine the career adaptation abilities and positive future expectations of sports high school students according to the independent variables obtained from the personal information of the students and to determine the relationship between them. In the 2021- 2022 Academic Year, a total of 568 sports high school students, 134 of whom were women and 434 of whom were men, who were studying in 3 different sports high schools and whose ages ranged from 14 to 18, participated in the study. In the study,“Personal Information Form”,“Career Adaptation Skills Scale”and“Positive Future Expectation Scale”were used as data collection tools. Descriptive statistics in the statistical analysis of the data; t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Kruskal-Wallis test, Scheffe multiple comparison test, Regression analysis, Pearson and Spearman correlation test were used. Both the CAAS and FESS scores of the participants are above average. According to the class variable, the CAAS scores of the participants differ significantly. According to the perceived academic achievement status variable, both CAAS and FESS scores do not differ significantly. While significant relationships were found between age and CAAS scores, significant relationships were found between sportsmanship age and both CAAS and FESS scores.While a positive and highly meaningful relationship was determined between students' career adaptation abilities and positive future expectations, students' career adaptation abilities predicted positive future expectations in a meaningful way. In general, it can be said that both the career adaptability and the positive future expectations of the participants are relatively high. Students in the final year have higher career adaptation abilities. As the age grows, the ability to adapt to the career increases, while as the age of sportsmanship grows, both the career adaptability and the expectation of a positive future increase. As the perceived academic achievement situation increases, both the career adaptation and positive future expectations of sports high school students increase. As students' career adaptability increases, positive future expectations increase.
