Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı; Üniversite öğrencilerinin yaşam doyumları ve serbest zaman doyum düzeylerinin sosyodemografik özelliklerine göre incelenmesidir. Çalışmanın evrenini üniversite öğrencileri oluştururken örneklemini ise uygun örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen ve Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören öğrenciler (n=498) oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın verilerinin toplanmasında; 5 sorudan oluşan öğrencilerin yaşam doyum düzeylerini belirlemeye yönelik Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği (YDÖ), öğrencilerin serbest zaman doyumlarının değerlendirilmesine yönelik görüşlerini ölçmek amacıyla 24 maddeden oluşan Serbest Zaman Doyum Ölçeği (SZDÖ) ve sosyodemografik bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin istatistiksel analizinde ilk aşamada veriler şekilsel olarak incelenirken, ikinci aşamada verilerin çarpıklık (skewness) ve basıklık (kurtosis) değerlerine bakılmıştır. Analizler sonucu verilerin parametrik test koşullarına uygun olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar incelendiğinde katılımcıların yaşam doyum düzeyleri ve serbest zaman doyum düzeyleri alt boyutlarında cinsiyet, yaş, sınıf, refah düzeyi, boş zamanları değerlendirmekte güçlük çekme, değişkenlerinde anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this study; The aim of this study is to examine the life satisfaction and leisure satisfaction levels of university students according to their sociodemographic characteristics. While the universe of the study consists of university students, the sample consists of students (n=498) who are studying at Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University and determined by convenient sampling method. In collecting the data of the study; The Life Satisfaction Scale (LDS) consisting of 5 questions was used to determine the life satisfaction levels of the students, the Leisure Time Satisfaction Scale (SCI) consisting of 24 items and the sociodemographic information form were used to measure the students' views on the evaluation of their leisure time satisfaction. In the statistical analysis of the data, in the first stage, the data were examined formally, and in the second stage, the skewness and kurtosis values of the data were examined. As a result of the analyzes, it was determined that the data were suitable for the parametric test conditions. When the results obtained from the research were examined, it was determined that there were significant differences in the variables of gender, age, class, welfare level, difficulty in evaluating leisure time, in the sub-dimensions of participants' life satisfaction and leisure satisfaction levels.
