Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, profesyonel futbol kulüplerinin, sportif altyapılarının mevcut durumunu incelemektir. Bu bağlamda kulüplerin sportif altyapılarında, sporcu gelişimine dair sorunlar farklı boyutlarıyla ortaya konacaktır. Beraberinde profesyonel kulüplerdeki sportif altyapı sorunlarının, ülke futboluna aynı zamanda sporcu gelişimine yönelik sonuçları değerlendirilerek bu durumun iyileştirilmesi yönünde öneriler sunulacaktır. Araştırmada nitel ve nicel yöntemlerden yararlanılmıştır. Nitel yöntemde araştırmanın verileri bireysel görüşme yöntemi ile elde edilmiştir. Bu anlamda araştırmanın nitel çalışma gurubunu, altı altyapı direktörü, altı teknik direktör/antrenör ve altı akademisyen oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada katılımcılarla toplamda 18 bireysel görüşme gerçekleştirilerek, verilerin analizinde içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Aynı zamanda araştırmada nitel verileri destelemek adına, nicel yöntemle 226 teknik direktör/antrenöre güvenirlilik katsayısı 0,813(α) olan anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın her iki yöntemle elde edilen bulgularına göre profesyonel futbol kulüplerinin altyapı organizasyonlarında yapısal, temel eğitim ve ekonomik sorunların olduğu saptanmıştır. Bununla beraber araştırmanın bulgularına göre, profesyonel yapıların altyapı organizasyonlarında çok boyutlu sorunlardan en belirgin olanları, tesisleşme yetersizliği, antrenör eğitim faaliyetlerinin yetersizliği ve antrenörlerin çalışma şartları, sportif altyapılardaki bütçe yetersizliği, nepotizm ve liyakat sorunu, sportif destek ekip yetersizliği gibi sorunlar öne çıkmıştır. Aynı zamanda ülkenin futbol kültüründen kaynaklanan olumsuzluklar eklemlenerek, özellikle futbol eğitiminde çok boyutlu gelişmelerden uzak bir anlayışı benimseyen yapılarda, genç profesyonel adayların geçiş sürecinde yaşadıkları sorunlar olarak görülmektedir. Bu türden sorunlar ülke futbolunun ve ülke sporcusunun gelişimini engellemektedir. Ülke futbolunun gelişimi için öncelikli olarak yapısal sorunları en temel sorun olarak ele alınıp denetim mekanizması işleyişi sağlamak yararlı olacaktır. Beraberinde profesyonel yapıların bünyesindeki sportif altyapılar için önemli bütçelerin ayrılarak bu anlamda yatırıma teşvik etmek kulüpler adına katma değer sağlayacaktır. Sonuç olarak profesyonel kulüplerin sportif altyapılarında birçok problemin olduğu, bu durumun ülke futbolu ve sporcusunun gelişimini olumsuz yönde etkilediği söylenebilir.

The purpose of this research is to examine the productivity of high-level professional football and its sportive youth teams. In this sense, the problems related to the development of athletes in the sportive youth teams of the clubs will be revealed with different dimensions. Simultaneously, the results of the sportive youth teams' problems in professional clubs for the football of the country and also for the development of the athletes will be evaluated and the solution will be focused on improving this situation. The data of the research were obtained from qualitative and quantitative methods. In this sense, the qualitative study group of the research is consisted of six youth team directors, six technical directors/coaches and six academicians. In the research, a total of 18 individual interviews were carried out with the participants, and the content analysis method was used in the analysis of the data. At the same time, in order to support the qualitative data in the research, a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.813(α) was applied to 226 technical director/coaches with the quantitative method. According to the findings of the research obtained by both methods, it has been determined that there are structural, basic education and economic problems in the youth team organizations of professional football clubs. In addition according to the findings of the research that the most prominent of the multidimensional problems in the youth team organizations of professional structures are the inadequacy of facilities, inadequacy of trainer training activities and working conditions of trainers, budget insufficiency in sportive youth teams, nepotism and merit problems, lack of sports support team. At the same time, by the addition of the negativities arising from the football culture of the country, especially in the structures that adopt an understanding far from multidimensional developments in football education, it is seen as the problems experienced by the young professional candidates in the transition process. Such problems inhibit the development of the country's football and the country's athletes. For the development of the country's football, it will be useful to consider the structural problems as the most fundamental problem and ensure the functioning of the control mechanism. In addition, allocating significant budgets for sportive youth teams within professional structures and encouraging investment in this sense will provide added value to the clubs. As a result, it can be understood that there are many problems in the sportive youth teams of professional clubs, and this situation negatively affects the development of the country's football and athletes.
