Özet
Endüstri 4.0 olarak adlandırılan dördüncü sanayi devrimi internet ağı aracılığıyla bütün yaşamsal unsurları birbirine entegre etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Birbirleriyle etkileşim halinde olan unsurlar yapay zekâ uygulamaları ile kişilere bağlı kalmadan kararlar alabileceklerdir. Üretim sürecinin dijitalleşmesi ile işletme içindeki tüm birimler kolaylıkla birbiri ile haberleşebilmektedirler. Üretim sürecinin her alanında yer alan insan gücünün yerini kendini yönetebilen robotlara bırakması söz konusudur. İşletmelerin üretim ve yönetim birimlerinde önemli derecede değişime neden olan Endüstri 4.0 ayrıca muhasebe ve denetim alanlarını da etkileyecektir. Muhasebenin ana fonksiyonlarından olan kaydetme, sınıflandırma ve raporlama gibi unsurlar meslek mensuplarına ihtiyaç duyulmadan entegre şekilde yapılabilecektir. Endüstri 4.0 aracılığıyla denetimin anlık olarak yapılabilir hale gelmesi hata ve hilenin amaca uygun programlar sayesinde önlenebilmesi denetim riskini oldukça azaltacaktır. Bu çalışmada gerçek bir işletme üzerinden örnek olay uygulaması yapılmıştır. Üretim işletmesinde nesnelerin interneti aracılığıyla smart barkod sistemi ve otonom robot uygulamalarının üretim planlamadan başlayarak ürünün çıktı haline gelene kadar ki sürece etkileri gözlemlenmiştir. Bu etkilerin muhasebe ve denetim alanlarına yansımaları incelenmiştir.

The fourth industrial revolution, defined as İndustry 4.0, aimed to integrate all vital elements through the internet network. Elements that interact with each other will be able to make decisions without depending on artificial intelligence applications. With the digitalization of the production process, all units within the enterprise can easily communicate with each other. It is in question thatthe human power, which is in a heavy part of the production process, is replaced by self-managing robots. Industry 4.0, which causes significant changes in the production and management units of enterprises, will also affect the fields of accounting and auditing. Items such as recording, classification and reporting, which are among the main functions of accounting, will be carried out inan integrated manner without the need for professionals. By means of Industry 4.0, the fact that theaudit can be done instantly, and the prevention of errors and frauds thanks to the programs suitable for the purpose will greatly reduce the audit risk. In this study, a case study was made on a real business. Items such as recording, classification and reporting, which are among the main functions of accounting, will be carried out in an integrated manner without the need for professionals. By means of Industry 4.0, the fact that the audit can be done instantly, and the prevention of errors andfrauds thanks to the programs suitable for the purpose will greatly reduce the audit risk. In this study, a case study was made on a real business. Has observed the effects of smart barcode system and autonomous robot applications on the process, starting from production planning, until the product becomes a choc, through the internet of things in the production facility.
