Özet
Bu tez, genel olarak bir nötrosofik mantığın karar ağacı üzerindeki etkisi ve nötrosofik yapısıyla ilgilidir. Bu tezde nötrosofik mantığın karar ağacı ve Prospector fonkisyon kurmak amaçlanmıştır. Daha sonra netro sıralı R-modüller tanım ve teoremleri örnekler ile verilmiştir. Bu tez sekiz bölümden oluşmaktadır. Tezin giriş bölümünde nötrosofik yapı teorisinin tarihi gelişim süreci verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise nötrosofik mantığın karar ağacı hakkında gerekli ön bilgiler derlenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde genişletilmiş nötrosofik prospector fonksiyon tanımlarına yer verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde netro sıralı R-modüller konusu ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir. Beşinci bölümde nötrosofik öklid geometrisi temelleri verilmiştir. Altıncı bölümde bazı Kandasamy-Smarandache problemlerın çözümleri verilmiştir. Yedinci bölümde ise kare nötrosofik matrislerinin sonuç ve önerilere yer verilmiştir. Son olarak sekizinci bölümde ise tezde elde edilen sonuç ve önerilere yer verilmiştir.

This thesis is generally concerned with the effect of the neutrosophic logic on the decision tree and the algebraic structure. In this thesis, it is aimed to establish a decision tree on the neutrosophic logic and Prospector Neutro Function with Their Application. Then, the Fundamental Theorem in neutrosophic Euclidean Geometry, definitions and theorems of Neutro R-module, Neutro ordered R-module are given with examples. This thesis consists of eight chapters. In the introductory part of the thesis, the historical development process of the neutrosophic structure theory is given. In the second part, the effect of the neutrosophic logic on the decision tree has been compiled. In the third chapter, the Prospector Neutro Function with their applications were studied. In the fourth chapter, the subject of Neutro ordered R-module and their properties is examined in detail. In the fifth chapter, the Fundamental Theorem in neutrosophic Euclidean Geometry is given. In the sixth chapter, the solutions of some Kandasamy-Smarandache problems about neutrosophic complex numbers and group of units' problem are given. In the seventh chapter, the algebraic creativity in the neutrosophic square matrices and the results are given with examples. Finally, in the eighth chapter, the results and suggestions obtained in the thesis are given.
