Özet
Başladığı günden itibaren tüm dünya ekonomisi Covid-19 pandemisinden olumsuz etkilenmiştir. Salgın sürecinde ülkeler ekonomik anlamda birçok faaliyetini kısıtlamış, yeni düzenlemeler getirmiş ve dünya ekonomisi daralmıştır. Tezin ilk bölümünde de Dünya ekonomisinin bu krizden nasıl etkilendiği ve ülkelerin almış olduğu ekonomik destek paketleri incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda ülkelerin tümünün ekonomik destek paketleri içerisinde vergi borçlarının ve kredi teminatlarının ciddi bir kısmının ertelendiği görülmüştür. Covid-19 pandemisi Türkiye'de 2020 yılı Mart ayı itibari ile görülmeye başlamıştır. Salgın süreci boyunca Türkiye ekonomisinin Covid-19 sağlık krizinden nasıl etkilendiği araştırılmıştır. Bu kapsamda tezin ikinci bölümünde Türkiye ekonomisindeki kişi başına düşen gelir, Gayri Safi Yurtiçi Hasıla (GSYH), büyüme, enflasyon, istihdam, dış ticaret, bütçe dengesi, üretim ve enerji tüketimi ve döviz kurları gibi makro ekonomik değişkenlerin Covid-19'dan nasıl etkilendiği incelenmiş, grafik ve tablolar oluşturularak yorumlanmıştır. Salgın küresel anlamda lojistik, iç ve dış ticaret, tarım, sanayi, inşaat, sağlık, turizm, perakende, bankacılık ve e-ticaret gibi sektörleri etkilemeye başlamış ve salgının yayılması ile bu etki ekonomide daha derin hissedilmeye başlanmıştır. Çalışmanın son bölümünde bu sektörlerdeki değişiklikler incelenmiş ve geçmiş yıllarla karşılaştırılarak sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın son analizinde ise Covid-19 pandemisinin Türkiye ekonomisindeki etkisi ve pandeminin sektörlerdeki etkileri, kişi başına düşen gelirin, istihdam oranlarının, üretimin, bütçe açığının, ihracatın pandemi sürecinin uzamasına bağlı olarak negatif etkilendiği ve durgunluğa neden olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.

From the announcement of the pandemic, the entire world economy was affected negatively by it.During the epidemic, countries have restricted their many economic activities, introduced new regulations and thus the global economy has narrowed with this new process. In this context, it has been observed that a significant part of tax debts and loan guarantees have been postponed within the economic support packages of all countries. The first part of the thesis included economic support packages from countries where the world economy is affected by this crisis.The Covid-19 pandemic began to be seen in Turkey as of March 2020.During the epidemic, the Turkish economy has been investigated how it is affected by the Covid-19 health crisis. In this context, in the second part of the thesis, how macroeconomic variables such as per capita income, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), growth, inflation, employment, foreign trade, budget balance, production and energy consumption and exchange rates in the Turkish economy are affected by Covid-19 analyzed and interpreted by creating graphs and tables. The epidemic has globally started to affect the sectors such as logistic, internal and external trade, agriculture, industry, construction, health, tourism, retail, banking and e-commerce, and the spread of the epidemic has made this impact feel deeper. In the final part of the study, the changes in these sectors have been reviewed and compared with the previous years. In the final analysis of the study, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Turkish economy and the effects of the pandemic on the sectors were conveyed using. It has been observed that income per capita, employment rates, production, budget deficit, exports are negatively affected due to the prolongation of the pandemic process and cause stagnation.
