Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı karate sporcularının antropometrik-motorik özellikleri ve proprioseptif duyuları ile hedefe yönelik hareket koordinasyonu ilişkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmaya Ankara ilinde bulunan farklı kulüplerde genç ve 21 yaş altı (U21) kategorilerinde müsabık karate kumite sporcularından (yaş 17,20±1,32) (spor yaşı 7,67±2,65) 20 kadın, 20 erkek olmak üzere 40 gönüllü karate kumite sporcusu katılmıştır. Sporcuların demografik bilgileri elde edilerek, vücut ağırlığı ve boy uzunluğu ölçümleri ile vücut kitle indeksleri hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca sporcuların vücut yağ yüzdeleri, bacak ve ayak uzunlukları, sürat, esneklik, görsel ve işitsel reaksiyon, aktif ve squat sıçrama, izokinetik bacak kuvveti, statik ve dinamik denge ile proprioseptif duyu ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Karatenin kumite müsabakalarında hedefe yönelik vuruşlarda hareket kontrolü temel kurallardandır. Bu bağlamda sporcuların hedefe yönelik hareket koordinasyonları hedef platforma uygulanan tekme tekniğinin mesafesi ile ölçülmüştür. Verilerin analizinde elde edilen verilerin ortalama ve standart sapma değerleri hesaplanarak, istatistiksel tekniklerden korelasyon analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; kadın ve erkek sporcuların statik denge değerleri ile alt ekstremite propriosepsiyon değerleri arasında ilişki olduğu, erkek sporcuların dinamik denge değerleri ile alt ekstremite propriosepsiyon değerleri arasında ilişki olduğu, kadın sporcuların boy uzunlukları ile hedefe yönelik hareket koordinasyonu (tekme mesafesi) arasında ilişki olduğu, erkek sporcuların spor yaşları ile hedefe yönelik hareket koordinasyonu arasında ilişki olduğu, kadın sporcuların izokinetik bacak kuvveti, görsel ve işitsel reaksiyon, aktif ve squat sıçrama değerleri ile hedefe yönelik hareket koordinasyonu arasında ilişki olduğu, erkek sporcuların sürat, izokinetik bacak kuvveti, görsel ve işitsel reaksiyon, aktif ve squat sıçrama değerleri ile hedefe yönelik hareket koordinasyonu arasında ilişki olduğu, kadın sporcuların statik denge değerleri ile hedefe yönelik hareket koordinasyonu arasında ilişki olduğu, erkek sporcuların statik denge değerleri ile hedefe yönelik hareket koordinasyonu arasında ilişki olmadığı, kadın ve erkek sporcuların dinamik denge değerleri ile hedefe yönelik hareket koordinasyonu arasında ilişki olmadığı, kadın ve erkek sporcuların alt ekstremite propriosepsiyon değerleri ile hedefe yönelik hareket koordinasyonu arasında ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between anthropometric-motoric characteristics and proprioceptive senses of karate athletes and their goal-oriented movement coordination. 40 volunteer karate athletes (age 17.20±1.32) (sport age 7.67±2.65), 20 female and 20 male, competing karate kumite athletes in the youth and under-21 (U21) categories in different sport clubs in Ankara participated. By obtaining the demographic information of the athletes, body weight and height measurements and body mass indexes were calculated. In addition, body fat percentage, leg and foot lengths, speed, flexibility, visual and auditory reaction, active and squat jumping, isokinetic leg strength, static and dynamic balance and proprioceptive sense measurements were made. In karate kumite competitions, movement control is one of the basic rules for hitting the target. In this context, the movement coordination of the athletes towards the target was measured by the distance of the kicking technique applied to the target platform. The mean and standard deviation values of the data obtained in the analysis of the data were calculated, and correlation analysis, one of the statistical techniques, was used. As a result of the research; There is a relationship between static balance values of male and female athletes and lower extremity proprioception values, there is a relationship between dynamic balance values of male athletes and lower extremity proprioception values, there is a relationship between female athletes'height and goal-directed movement coordination (kick distance) There is a relationship between the age of the athletes and their coordination of movement towards the goal, there is a relationship between the isokinetic leg strength, visual and auditory reaction, active and squat jump values of the female athletes and the coordination of the movement towards the goal, the speed, isokinetic leg strength, visual and auditory reaction, active and auditory reaction of the male athletes. There is a relationship between squat jump values and movement coordination towards the goal, there is a relationship between the static balance values of female athletes and their coordination of movement towards the goal, there is no relationship between the static balance values of male athletes and their target-oriented movement coordination. It has been determined that there is no relationship between the dynamic balance values of male and female athletes and their coordination of movement towards the goal, and there is a relationship between the lower extremity proprioception values of female and male athletes and their coordination of movement towards the goal.
