Özet
Bu çalışmada amaç Bilim ve Sanat Merkezleri'nde görevine devam eden öğretmenlerin özel yetenekli öğrencilerin eğitiminde STEM entegrasyonuna yönelik görüşleri, yeterlikleri ve deneyimlerinin incelenmesidir. Bu kapsamda 22 öğretmen ile görüşülmüş ve toplam 1000 dakikalık video kaydı şeklinde veri toplanmıştır. Bu video kayıtları yazılı dokümanlar haline dönüştürülmüş, içerik ve tematik analiz yöntemleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Analizin sonucunda 3 tema, altında yer alan 8 kategori ve 54 kod-alt koda ulaşılmış, bulgular bölümünde veriler detaylıca açıklanmıştır. Öğretmenler özel yetenekli öğrencilerin eğitiminde STEM'in bir gereklilik olduğunu vurgularken BİLSEM'de STEM eğitimine yönelik eksikliklerin de olduğunu dile getirmiş ve öğretmenlerden elde edilen veriler ışığında sonuç ve öneriler sunulmuştur.

The aim of this study is to examine the perceptions, competencies and experiences of teachers who continue to work in Science and Art Centers on STEM integration in the education of gifted students. In this context, 22 teachers were interviewed and data was collected in the form of a total of 1000 minutes of video recording. These video recordings were converted into written documents and analyzed with content and thematic analysis methods. As a result of the analysis, 3 themes, 8 categories and 54 codes-subcodes were reached, and the data was explained in detail in the findings section. While the teachers emphasized that STEM is a necessity in the education of gifted students, they also stated that there are deficiencies in STEM education in BİLSEM. In the light of the data obtained from the teachers, the results and suggestions are presented.
