Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı ilkokullarda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinin uzaktan eğitime yönelik tutum ve davranışlarının hangi düzeyde olduğunu belirlemek ve uzaktan eğitime olan etkisini incelemektedir. Nicel yöntemin kullanıldığı betimsel tarama modelindeki çalışma için il ve ilçe merkezlerinde çalışan ilkokul öğretmenlerine anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında Zonguldak İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı ilkokullarda görev yapan 251 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya 153 kadın, 98 erkek öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak iki adet ölçek kullanılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin demografik özelliklerini araştırmak üzere bir“Kişisel Bilgiler”bölümü, motivasyon düzeylerini araştırmak için“Öğretmen Motivasyon Ölçeği”ve öğretmenlerin uzaktan eğitime yönelik tutumlarını belirlemek amacıyla“Uzaktan Eğitim Tutum Ölçeği”uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde değişkenlerin normallik varsayımları incelenmiş ve normal dağılım göstermediği bulunmuştur. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde parametrik olmayan istatistikler kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre; ilkokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin uzaktan eğitime yönelik tutum ölçeği alt boyutları arasında ilişki bulunmamıştır. Öğretmen motivasyon ölçeği alt boyutlarından“Dışsal Motivasyon”ile uzaktan eğitim tutum ölçeği alt boyutlarından“Avantajlar”boyutu arasında düşük düzeyde ilişki bulunmuştur. Öğretmenlerin uzaktan eğitime ilişkin tutumları ve motivasyon düzeyleri; cinsiyete, yaşa, kıdem yılına ve çalıştığı kuruma göre anlamlı farklılık göstermemiştir.

The aim of this research is to determine the level of attitudes and behaviors of primary school teachers towards distance education and to examine the effectiveness of distance education. For the study in the descriptive survey model using the quantitative method, a questionnaire was applied to primary school teachers working in provincial and district centers. The population of the research consists of 251 teachers working in primary schools affiliated to the Zonguldak Provincial Directorate of National Education in the 2021-2022 academic year. 153 female and 98 male teachers participated in the research. The entire universe was taken as a sample. Two scales were used as data collection tool in the study. A“Personal Information”section was applied to investigate the demographic characteristics of the teachers, the“Teacher Motivation Scale”to investigate the motivation levels, and the“Distance Education Attitude Scale”to determine the teachers' attitudes towards distance education. In the analysis of the data, the normality assumptions of the variables were examined and it was found that they did not show a normal distribution. Non-parametric statistics were used to analyze the data. According to the findings obtained from the research; There was no relationship between the sub-dimensions of the attitude scale towards distance education of teachers working in primary schools. A low level of correlation was found between“External Motivation”, one of the sub-dimensions of the teacher motivation scale, and the“Advantages”dimension of the distance education attitude scale. Attitudes and motivation levels of teachers towards distance education; There was no significant difference according to gender, age, seniority and institution.
