Özet
İmam Mâturîdî'nin Te'vîlâtu'l-Kur'ân'ı tefsir ilmi açısından özel bir öneme sahiptir. Zira tefsir-te'vîl ilişkisinin sistematiğe konulduğu ilk eserdir. Bu yönü ile eser, tefsir ilmine bir ivme kazandırmış ve kendisinden sonrasına rehberlik eden bir kaynak olmuştur. İmam Mâturîdî'nin bu müstesna eserinin diğer bir özelliği de Kur'ân'ı Kur'ân'a arz ederek tefsir etmesidir. Bir bilgiyi değerlendirmede en önemli kriteri Kur'ân olan İmam Mâturîdî'nin te'vîlleri de Kur'ân'a aykırı olmayacak şekildedir. Bu prensibi eserinde kullandığı siyer nakillerine de uygulayarak ayetlerdeki asıl muradı ortaya koymaya çalışır. Mâturîdî tefsir-siyer uyumunu dengeli bir şekilde kullanarak siyer rivâyetlerine yer verir. Bu rivâyetler bir araya toplandığında Hz. Peygamber'in hayatı hakkında ana çerçeveyi çizecek miktardadır. Müellif özellikle toplumda ve farklı inançlarda tartışma konusu olan siyer olayları ve hâdiselerini mercek altına alarak yorumlar. Biz de bu te'vîlleri bir araya getirerek Müfessir'in bu mevzular hakkındaki görüşlerinden hareketle onun siyer algısını ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Öncelikle Müellif'in siyer rivayetlerini değerlendirirken mütekellim vasfının etkisini gördük. Siyer'e dair bazı hâdiselerde Resulullah'ın ismet sıfatını zedeleyen görüşleri tenkit ettiğini, üstün ahlakını risâletine delil saydığını tespit ettik.

Imam Maturidi's Te'villatu'l-Qur'an has a special importance in terms of the science of tafsir. This is because it is the first work in which the relationship between tafsir and ta'wîl was put into a system. With this aspect, the work has given an impetus to the science of tafsir and has been turned into a source that has guided the what has followed it. Another feature of this exceptional work of Imam Maturidi is that he interprets the Qur'an by presenting it to the Qur'an itself. The ta'wils of Imam Maturidi, whose most important criterion in evaluating a knowledge is the Qur'an, are also in such a way that they do not contradict the Qur'an. He tries to reveal the real intention in the verses by applying this principle to the sirah transmissions he uses in his work. Maturidi also includes the sirah narrations by using the tafsir-sirah harmony in a balanced way. When these narrations were gathered together, it amounts to enough knowledge to draw the main frame about the life of the Prophet. The author interprets the siyer events and cases, which are the subject of discussion in society and different beliefs, by focusing on them. By putting these ta'wils together, we have tried to reveal his perception of sirah based on the commentator's views on these issues. First of all, when evaluating the siyer narratives of the author, we have been witnessing the effects of the narrative quality of him. We have established that in some cases related to the siyer, he criticizes the views which undermine the attribute of ismat quality of the Messenger of Allah and considers his superior morality as evidence for his prophecy.
