Özet

Çalışma Eylül- Kasım 2022 tarihleri arasında, İstanbul'da özel bir hastanenin Kadın Doğum Servisi'ne yatışı yapılan ve araştırma kriterlerine uyan 60 primipar anne (deney: 31; kontrol:30) ile yürütüldü. Her iki grup postpartum 8. saatte ziyaret edildi. Hasta Bilgi Formu ve Kişisel Bilgi Formu doldurtuldu. Deney grubu annelere bebek bakım eğitimi'nin 1. Modülü verildi. Tüm kadınlar postpartum 24. saat te tekrar ziyaret edildi. Deney grubu annelere eğitimin 2. modülü verildi ve kontrol grubu annelerin genel durumu sorgulandı. Deney ve kontrol grubu annelere Postpartum Anksiyete Ölçeği doldurtuldu. Her iki gruptaki anneler ile postpartum 7. gününde telefon görüşmesi yapıldı. Deney grubu annelerin eğitimi telefon görüşmesi ile tekrarlandı, kontrol grubu annelerin ise genel durumu sorgulandı. Her iki grupta postpartum 6. haftasında online ortamda Barkin Anne Fonksiyon Envanteri ve Postpartum Anksiyete Ölçeği doldurtuldu. Veriler SPPS 21 programı ile verilerin normal dağılıma uyguluğu Shapiro Wilk Testi ile değerlendirildi. Normal dağılan verilerin analizinde Independent Sample T testi ve Paired Sample T testi, normal dağılmayan verilerin analizinde Mann Whitney U testi kullanıldı. Gruplar, obstetrik ve sosyo-demografik özellikler açısından benzerdi. The study was conducted with 60 primiparous mothers (experiment: 31; control:30) who were admitted to the Gynecology Service of a private hospital in Istanbul between September and November 2022 and met the research criteria. Both groups were visited at the 8th hour postpartum. Patient information form and personal information form were filled. The first modüle of the baby care training was given to the mothers in the experimental group. All women were revisited at the postpartum 24th hour. The experimental group mothers were given the 2nd modüle of the training and the general condition of the control group mothers was questioned. Experimental and control group mothers were asked to fill in the Postpartum Anxiety Scale. A phone call was made with the mothers in both groups on the 7th postpartum day. The education of the mothers in the experimental group was repeated with a phone call, and the general condition of the mothers in the control group was questioned. Both groups had the Barkin Maternity Function Scale and Postpartum Anxiety Scale filled online at the 6th week postpartum. The data were evaluated with the SPPS 21 program and the conformity of the data to the normal distribution was evaluated with the Shapiro Wilk test.
