Özet
Amaç: Araştırma, çocuklarda çevreye yönelik tutum ile okul bahçesi yeşil alan kullanımının çatışma çözme davranışlarını yordama düzeyinin incelenmesi amacıyla analitik kesitsel olarak yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma, 2020-2022 eğitim öğretim döneminde Aydın ili Efeler ilçesinde bulunan rastgele yöntemle seçilen on altı ortaokulda, beşinci, altıncı, yedinci, ve sekizinci sınıf kademelerinde eğitim-öğretimlerine devam eden, gönüllülük esasına dayanarak 1489 öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler sosyodemografik özelliklere ilişkin kişisel bilgi formu, Çevresel Tutum Ölçeği ve Çatışma Çözme Davranışları Belirleme Ölçeği, kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırma verileri SPSS 25 (Statitical Package for Social Sciences) programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, standart sapma, minimum-maksimum, Mann Whitney U Testi veya Kruskal Wallis Varyans Analizi, Spearman korelasyon testi ve Lineer regresyon kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Öğrencilerin çevresel tutum ölçeği ve çatışma çözme davranışlarını belirleme ölçeğinden almış oldukları puanlar değerlendirilmiştir. Öğrenciler çevresel tutum ölçeğinden ortalama 98,2±13, ÇÇDBÖ'den ortalama 50,9±9,0 puan aldıkları görülmüştür. Öğrencilerde çevresel tutum ölçeği toplam puanı arttıkça (98,2) ÇÇDBÖ saldırganlık puanının azaldığı (15,3), ÇÇDBÖ problem çözme puanının arttığı (35,7) ve ÇÇDBÖ toplam puanının arttığı (50,9) görülmüştür. Çevresel tutum ölçeği ortalama puanı kardeş sayısı, aile gelir durumu, baba ve annenin öğrenim düzeyi, annenin çalışıyor olması durumu açısından değerlendirildiğinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde fark saptanmıştır. Çevresel tutum ölçeği toplam puanı ve annenin mesleğinin ÇÇDBÖ toplam puanını yordama düzeyi anlamlı çıkmıştır (1,007-3,365/ 0,297-0,983). Sonuç: Çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular kapsamında öğrencilerin çevresel tutum puanı yükseldikçe saldırganlık düzeyinin düştüğü, çatışma çözme davranışlarının arttığı görülmüştür. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgularda çevresel tutumun iyi olması ve annenin mesleğinin olması öğrencilerin çatışma çözme davranışlarını yordamalarına olumlu yönde etki ettiği saptanmıştır. Bu kapsamda okul bahçelerinin fiziki koşullarının yeniden gözden geçirilmesi ve yeşil alanların artırılması yönünde düzenlenlenmesi önerilmiştir.

Objective: The research was conducted as an analytical cross-sectional study in order to examine children's attitudes towards the environment and the use of green space in the schoolyard to predict conflict resolution behaviors. Material and Methods: The research was carried out with 1489 students, on a voluntary basis, who continue their education at the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth grade levels in 16 randomly selected secondary schools in the Efeler district of Aydın province in the 2020-2022 academic year. Data were collected using a personal information form regarding sociodemographic characteristics, Environmental Attitude Scale and Conflict Resolution Behaviors Identification Scale. Research data were analyzed using the SPSS 25 (Static Package for Social Sciences) program. Standard deviation, minimum-maximum, Mann Whitney U Test or Kruskal Wallis Analysis of Variance, Spearman correlation test and Linear regression were used to evaluate the data. Results: The scores of the students from the environmental attitude scale and the determination of conflict resolution behaviors were evaluated. It was observed that the students got an average of 98.2±13 points from the environmental attitude scale and 50.9±9.0 points from the CBCS. It was observed that as the total score of the environmental attitude scale of the students increased (98.2), the aggression score of the CSCE decreased (15.3), the problem-solving score of the CSCE increased (35.7), and the total score of the CSBS increased (50.9). When the mean score of the environmental attitude scale was evaluated in terms of number of siblings, family income status, education level of father and mother, and working status of mother, a statistically significant difference was found. The total score of the environmental attitude scale and the level of the mother's occupation predicting the total score of CBCL were significant (1.007-3.365/ 0.297-0.983). Conclusion: Within the scope of the findings obtained from the study, it was observed that as the environmental attitude score of the students increased, the level of aggression decreased and the conflict resolution behaviors increased. In the findings obtained in the study, it was determined that good environmental attitudes and the mother's occupation had a positive effect on the prediction of conflict resolution behaviors of the students. In this context, it has been suggested that the physical conditions of the school gardens should be re-examined and they should be arranged in order to increase the green areas.
