Özet
Küresel ısınma ve çevre sorunları çok uzun yıllardır olsa da 1990'lı yıllarda güvenlik anlayışının değişmesi ile ve bazı doğal afetlerin, çevre sorunlarının da ulusal güvenliğe tehdit olarak algılanmaya başlanması ile bu konuda ciddiyet artmıştır. İnternetin hayatımıza girmesi ile bilginin yayılma hızının artması, çevre ve iklim aktivistlerinin sayısının artması, bu konuda duyarlı bireylerin örgütlenerek dikkat çekmeye ve çözüm üretmeye çalışması da iklim değişikliği sorununun ciddiyetinin kalabalık bir kesim tarafından kavranmasını sağlamıştır. Devletler büyümek ve gelişmek için uğraşırken çevreye verdikleri zararı göz ardı etmişler, zaten var olan iklim problemlerinin artarak krize dönüşmesine sebep olmuşlardır. Birçok soruna yol açan bu krizin en önemli sorunlarından biri de gıda güvenliği sorunudur. Pek çok ülke gibi Türkiye de bu krizden etkilenmekte ve krizin bir sonucu olan gıda güvenliği sorunuyla karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Hızla geçen zaman içinde bu sorunlar için kalıcı çözümler üretilememiş ve etkin sonuçlar alınamamıştır. Bu çalışmada özellikle iklim krizi ve sebepleri incelenerek, gıda güvenliği sorunu yalnızca iklim krizinin etkilediği/tetiklediği boyutları ile ele alınmıştır. Küresel ölçekte geçmişten günümüze iklim krizi ve gıda güvenliği konuları genel açıdan ele alınarak asıl olarak Türkiye perspektifinden ve 2000'li yıllar sonrasında ne denli sorun olduğu, nasıl çözümler arandığı ve neden yetersiz kaldığı analiz edilmiştir.

Although global warming and environmental problems has existed for many years, the seriousness of this issue has increased with the change in the understanding of security, especially in 90s, and with the perception of some natural disasters and environmental problems as threats to national security. the rapid dissemination of information via the Internet, the increase in the number of environmental and climate activists, the efforts of individuals to draw attention and find solutions to this issue have enabled a large part of the population to grasp the seriousness of the climate change problem. While the states are struggling to grow and develop, they ignored that they caused to the environment and caused the existing climate problems to turn into a crisis. One of the most important and serious problems of this crisis, which causes many problems, is the problem of food security. Like many countries, Turkey is also affected by this crisis and as a result, is faced with the problem of food security. Permanent solutions could not be produced for these problems and effective results have not been obtained in the rapidly passing time. In this study, especially by examining the climate crisis and its causes, the food security problem has been discussed only with the dimensions that the climate crisis has affected/triggered. From the past to the present, the climate crisis and food safety issues on a global scale have been discussed in general, and mainly from the perspective of Turkey and after the 2000s, it has been analyzed how many problems there are, which solutions are sought and why they are insufficient.
