The Mongol invasions caused many killings and destructions, although the situation was not the same in all of Iran and some cities avoided destruction and destruction by obedience, but in the whole society of Iran, the Mongol era entered into social, political and cultural disorders. With the establishment of domination and then the establishment of the Ilkhanate dynasty, the entry of Iranian bureaucrats into the government and the change in the attitude of the Ilkhans, the disorders were gradually eliminated and relative prosperity and peace emerged. In such a discourse, new cities began to be built, Ghazaniyya in Tabriz, as a clear example, showed important changes in the politics and culture of the Ilkhans. Under the influence of previous centuries, a charitable system called Abwab'ul-Birr was implemented in a new and more coherent way in the social context of Ghazanyya, and buildings with educational and service functions were created through endowments. In this way, Ghazaniyya proved its importance and position in Tabriz, Iran and the Middle East both for the policies of the Ghazani era and for the community of the patriarchal society. Prominent people have a significant impact in later centuries. The present study, by studying the library and descriptive-explanatory methods and with the help of field and oral studies of the author, seeks to show the quality of change in the patriarchal society in terms of urban planning and to show the policies of the Ghazan era by considering the social context of Ghazan. Show its importance and position in the patriarchal society that lasted in the post-patriarchal period.
