Özet
Bu tezin temel amacı, video konferans sistemler hakkında sistematik literatür taraması yapmak, erişilebilir video konferans sistemlerinin belirlenen özellik setleri, performans metrikleri üzerinden değerlendirilerek farklarının ortaya konulmasını sağlamak ve uzaktan çalışma/eğitim çerçevesinde analizlerinin gerçekleştirilmesidir. Bu amaca ulaşmak için tez çalışması beş ana bölümden oluşturulmuştur. Birinci bölümde araştırmanın konusu ve kapsamı, ikinci bölümde video konferans sistemler, uzaktan eğitim, uzaktan çalışma konuları, kavramsal ve kuramsal temellerde açıklanmış, alanda yapılan çalışmalar özetlenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde video konferans sistemler alanındaki araştırma, araştırmacılar, yayın ve kaynaklar üzerinden sistematik literatür incelemesi yapılarak konunun ana hatları belirlenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde araştırma verilerinin nasıl analiz edildiği, değerlendirme ve deney sonuçları verilmiştir. Çalışmamız araştırma sonuçlarının ve geleceğe ilişkin değerlendirmelerin yer aldığı sonuç bölümü ile tamamlanmıştır. Bu tez çalışması ile şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır; ülkemizde video konferans sistemlerine olan yaklaşımın Covid-19 pandemisinden etkilendiği, video konferans sistem kullanımının öngörülemeyen bir trendle arttığı ama buna rağmen ülkemizde video konferans sistemler alanında yapılan çalışmaların yeterli seviyede olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmamız sonucunda gelecekteki video konferans sistemlerinin, yapay zeka, nesnelerin interneti ve yenilikçi teknolojiler ile bütünleşerek kullanım oranının daha da artacağı için bu artışa yönelik çalışmaların yapılmasının desteklenmesi ve yönetilmesinin gerekli olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca insan duygu etkileşimi açısından video konferans sistemlerin detaylı incelemelerinin yapılmasının gerekliliği saptanmıştır.

The main purpose of this thesis is to conduct a systematic literature review on video conferencing systems, to evaluate the feature sets of accessible video conferencing systems on the basis of performance metrics, to reveal their differences, and to analyze them within the framework of remote work/education. In order to achieve this aim, the thesis study is composed of five main parts. In the first part, the subject and scope of the research, in the second part, the videoconferencing system, remote education, remote work subjects, conceptual and theoretical foundations are explained and the studies in the field are summarized. In the third chapter, research, researchers, publications and resources in the scope of video conferencing systems, article distribution according to the number of authors, changes in the number of articles by years and trend analysis were made and the main lines of the subject were determined. In the fourth chapter, there are how the research data were analyzed, evaluation and experiment results. Our study is completed with the conclusion section, which includes the research results and future evaluations. The following results were obtained with this thesis study; It has been determined that the approach to video conferencing systems in our country has been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of video conferencing systems has increased with an unpredictable trend, but despite this, the studies in the field of video conferencing systems in our country are not at a sufficient level. As the rate of use will increase by integrating with technologies, it has been concluded that it is necessary to support and manage the studies for this increase. In addition, it has been determined that it is necessary to make detailed examinations of video conferencing systems in terms of sentiment interaction.
