Özet
Sürdürülebilir turizm, sosyo-ekonomik, kültürel ve çevresel boyutları olan ve turizmin yapıcı bir şekilde gelişimini hedefleyen bir alandır. Sürdürülebilir turizmin gelişiminin sağlanması için temel belirleyicilerin turizm alanlarında uygulanabilirliği oldukça önemlidir. Temel belirleyicilerin uygulanması sürecinde ise turizm alanlarında çeşitli sorunlar ortaya çıkabilmekte ve ilgili durum gelişimin yavaşlamasına neden olabilmektedir. Yapılan bu araştırmanın temel amacı, yıkıcı kapitalist uygulamalarla ataerkil kültür tarafından sömürülen insan ve diğer tüm canlıların, sürdürülebilir turizm vasıtasıyla katkı unsuru haline geldiği ve turizmin daha dişil nitelikler ile değerlendirildiği ekofeminist bir model oluşturmaktır. Araştırmada, sürdürülebilir turizm faaliyetlerinin ve ekofeminist anlayışların var olduğu Köyceğiz ve Cumalıkızık sahaları temel alınmış ve bu alanlarda yaşayan yerel halk ile yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme soruları temelinde derinlemesine görüşmeler sağlanmıştır. Bölge halkına sosyo-ekonomik, kültürel ve çevresel sürdürülebilir turizm bağlamında yapılan uygulamalar, gelişen süreçler ve tüm canlıların bu süreçlere ilişkin etkilenme düzeyi temelinde sorular sorularak ilgili destinasyonda ekofeminist değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi belirlenirken amaçlı ve kurama yönelik örneklem yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, sosyo-ekonomik, kültürel ve çevresel sürdürülebilirlik başlıkları altında temalara ulaşılmıştır. Ekofeminist temelde sosyo- ekonomik sürdürülebilirlik yaklaşımı temaları; yıkıcı turizm uygulamaları, eşit muamele, eşit ifade hakkı, eşit ekonomik haklar ve antikapitalist yaklaşımdır. Yıkıcı Turizm Uygulamaları ana teması altında, işletme temelli gelişim, yerel halkın planlama sürecine yetersiz katılımı ve düzensiz gelişen turizm faaliyetleri olmak üzere üç alt tema belirlenmiştir. Antikapitalist Yaklaşım ana temasının alt temaları, faydanın ekonomik olarak adil dağılımı ve rant temelli gelişim olarak belirlenmiştir. Eşit Ekonomik Haklar ana temasının alt temaları, kadın girişimciliğinin gelişimi, turizmin ekonomik faydaya etkisi ve sermaye yoksunluğu temelli sorunlardır. Eşit İfade Hakkı ana temasının alt temaları, yerel halkın aktivizm süreci, yerel halkın görüşünü ifade edebilmesi ve cinsiyet temelli ifade gücüdür. Eşit Muamele ana temasının alt temaları ise, cinsiyet temelli eşitlik ve istihdam temelli muameledir. Ekofeminist temelde kültürel sürdürülebilirlik yaklaşımı temaları, yerel kültürün korunması, yıkıcı turizm uygulamaları, nesillere aktarımdır.“Yerel Kültürün Korunması”ana teması kapsamında oluşturulan alt temalar,“Kültürel Özün Ön Plana Çıkarılması, Kültürel Miras Alanlarına Gelişim Desteği ve Kolektif Çaba”dır.“Nesillere Aktarım”, ana teması kapsamında oluşturulan alt temalar,“Kültürel Varlığın Aktarımı ve Korunması ve Yaşam Tarzının Aktarıma Uygun Olarak Düzeni”dir.“Yıkıcı Turizm Uygulamaları”ana teması kapsamında oluşturulan alt temalar ise,“Kültürel Yapılara Verilen Zararlar ve Mimari ve Restorasyon Temelli Sorunlar”dır. Ekofeminist temelde çevresel sürdürülebilirlik yaklaşımı temaları, nesillere aktarım, yıkıcı turizm uygulamaları ve doğanın korunmasıdır.“Nesillere Aktarım”ana teması kapsamında oluşturulan alt temalar,“İklim Krizi Farkındalığı, Çevre Bilinci Kazandırma ve Eğitimdir”.“Yıkıcı Turizm Uygulamaları”ana teması kapsamında oluşturulan alt temalar,“Doğal Yaşamın Tahribatı ve Kirliliğin Artışı”dır.“Doğanın Korunması”ana teması kapsamında oluşturulan alt temalar,“Plansız Gelişmenin Önlenmesi ve Çözüm Önerilerinin Geliştirilmesi”dir. İlgili başlıklar temelinde geliştirilen alt teoriler ile ilişkili olarak kolektif feminist liderlik, küçülme, iklim krizi yönetimi, kültürel gelişim ve kültürde farkındalık ve sürdürülebilir turizmde güçlendirme olmak üzere beş temel boyut oluşmuş ve oluşturan boyutlar ilgili temalar ile ilişkilendirilerek model ortaya konmuştur.

Sustainable tourism is a field that has socio-economic, cultural, and environmental dimensions and aims at the constructive development of tourism. In order to ensure the development of sustainable tourism, the applicability of the main determinants in tourism areas is very important. In the process of applying the basic determinants, various problems may arise in tourism areas and the related situation may cause the development to slow down. The main purpose of this research is to create an ecofeminist model in which humans and all other living things, exploited by the patriarchal culture with destructive capitalist practices, become contributors through sustainable tourism and tourism is evaluated with more feminine qualities. The study was based on the Köyceğiz and Cumalıkızık areas, where sustainable tourism activities and ecofeminist understandings exist, and in-depth interviews were conducted with the local people living in these areas on the basis of semi-structured interview questions. Ecofeminist evaluations were made in the relevant destination by asking questions to the people of the region on the basis of the practices made in the context of socio-economic, cultural, and environmentally sustainable tourism, the developing processes, and the level of influence of all living things on these processes. While determining the sample of the research, the purposive and theoretical sampling method was used. According to the results obtained from the research, themes were reached under the headings of socio-economic, cultural, and environmental sustainability. The themes of the socio-economic sustainability approach on an ecofeminist basis; are destructive tourism practices, equal treatment, equal expression, equal economic rights, and an anti-capitalist approach. Under the main theme of Destructive Tourism Practices, three sub-themes were determined as business-based development, insufficient participation of local people in the planning process, and irregular tourism activities. The sub-themes of the main theme of the Anti-Capitalist Approach were determined as economically fair distribution of benefits and rent-based development. The sub- themes of the main theme of Equal Economic Rights are the development of women's entrepreneurship, the effect of tourism on economic benefits, and problems based on capital deprivation. The sub-themes of the main theme of Equal Expression are local people's activism process, local people's ability to express their opinions, and gender- based expression power. The sub-themes of the main theme of Equal Treatment are gender-based equality and employment-based treatment. The themes of the cultural sustainability approach on the basis of ecofeminism are the preservation of local culture, destructive tourism practices, and transmission to generations. The sub- themes created within the scope of the main theme of“Preservation of Local Culture”are“Highlighting the Cultural Essence, Development Support for Cultural Heritage Sites and Collective Effort”. The sub-themes created within the scope of the main theme of“Transmission to Generations”are“Transmission and Protection of Cultural Heritage and Order of Life Style in accordance with Transfer”. The sub-themes created within the scope of the main theme of“Destructive Tourism Practices”are“Damages to Cultural Structures and Architectural and Restoration-Based Problems”. Ecofeminist fundamentally environmental sustainability approach themes are transmission to generations, destructive tourism practices, and nature conservation. The sub-themes created within the scope of the main theme of“Transmission to Generations”are“Climate Crisis Awareness, Environmental Awareness Raising, and Education”. The sub-themes created within the scope of the main theme of“Destructive Tourism Practices”are“Destruction of Natural Life and Increase of Pollution”. The sub-themes created within the scope of the main theme of“Conservation of Nature”are“Preventing Unplanned Development and Developing Solution Suggestions”. In relation to the sub-theories developed on the basis of the relevant titles, five basic dimensions were formed, namely collective feminist leadership, downsizing, climate crisis management, cultural development and awareness in culture, and empowerment in sustainable tourism, and the model was presented by associating the constituent dimensions with the relevant themes.
