Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmada, bazı l-metilen-2,3-diaril-l,2-dihidropirazino[l,2-a]bezimidazol türevlerinin sentezlenmesi ve antikanser ve anti-HTV-1 etkilerinin araştınlması amaçlandı. Bileşikleri sentez etmek için önce, 2-asetübenzimidazol ile değişik ct- bromoasetofenon türevleri aseton içinde potasyum karbonat varlığında reaksiyona sokularak, sonra başlangıç maddeleri olan l-(2-aril-2-okzoetil>2-asetilbenzimidazol türevleri elde edildi. Bu bileşiklerin uygun anilin türevleriyle asetik asid içerisinde ısıtılmasıyla yeni onbir adet l-metilen-2,3^aril-l,2-dihidropyrazino[l,2-a]bezimidazol türevleri elde edildi. Elde edilen bileşiklerin saflıkları İTK ile kontrol edildiktan sonra erime dereceleri saptandı. Bileşiklerin yapılan, UV, İR, ^-NMR ve MS spektroskopik analiz verileri ve elementel analiz sonuçlan kullanılarak aydınlatıldı. Bileşiklerin antikanser ve anti-HIV-1 etkilerini araştırıldı. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre bileşiklerin kayda değer antikanser etkiye sahip olduktan saptandı. Anti-HIV-1 etki testi verilerine göre ise bileşiklerimizin etkisiz olduklan görüldü. SUMMARY In this study, it was aimed to investigate the synthesis, anticancer and anti-HIV-1 activitiy of some l-methylene-2,3^aryl-l,2^hydropyrazino[l,2-a]benzimidazole derivatives. To synthesize the compounds, firstly, 2-acetylbenzimidazole was reacted with various a-bromo-acetophenone in the presence of potassium carbonate in acetone and thus, the starting materials which were l-(2-aril-2-okzoetil>2-asetylbenzimidazole derivatives were prepared. After, heating these compounds with appropriate aniline derivatives in acetic acid, eleven new l-methylene-2,3-diaryl-1^2-dihydropyrazino[l,2-a]benzimidazole derivatives were obtained. The purity of the compounds were controlled by TLC and then melting points were determinedThe chemical structures of the synthesized compounds were elucidated by their UV, IR, 'H-NMR and MS and elemantary analysis data. Anticancer and anti-HTV-1 activities of the compounds were investigated. According to the test results, it was observed that the compounds have remarkable anticancer, but no anti-HTV-1 activity.
