Özet
Yapılan çalışmanın amacı distemperli köpeklerde neopterin, prokalsitonin biyobelirteçleri ile bazı biyokimysal ve hematolojik parametrelerin değişimlerini belirlemektir. Bu çalışmanın hayvan materyalini Kafkas Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi İç Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı Kliniklerine getirilen 1,5-6 ay yaşlar arasında farklı ırk ve cinsiyette distemper teşhisi konulmuş 35 ve kontrol grubunu ise 15 sağlıklı toplamda 50 köpek oluşturmuştur. Sistemik hastalık bulguları gösteren ve canine distemper virus antijen hızlı test kiti ve Real Time-Polimeraz Zincir Reaksiyonu yönteminde pozitif sonuç veren köpekler hasta grubunu oluşturdu. Hasta gruptaki distemperli köpeklerin klinik muayenelerinde ateş, solunum, nabız, kapillar dolum süresi, konjuktivaların durumu, ırk, cinsiyet ve yaş bilgileri kayıt altına alındı. Distemper tanısı konulan köpeklerden vena cephalica antebrachii/vena saphena'dan antikoagulansız vakumlu jelli serum tüplerine ve EDTA'lı kan tüplerine kan alındı. Vakumlu tüplere alınan kan örnekleri 3000 devirde 10 dakika ve +4 ℃'de soğutmalı sanrifüj cihazında santrifüje edilerek serum ve plazmalar elde edilerek serum örneklerinden biyokimyasal parametreler, tam kan örneklerinden ise hematolojik parametreler ölçüldü. Hematolojik parametrelerden WBC hasta grupta 5,12 ± 0,57 x103 /μL kontrol grubunda 14,81 ± 1,46 x 103 /μL, LYM hasta grupta 14,98 ± 1,73 x103 /μL kontrol grubunda 29,21 ± 3,36 x103 /μL, Granülosit hasta grupta 54,52 ± 3,58 x103 /μL kontrol grubunda 68,64 ± 1,64 x103 /μL, RBC hasta grupta 6,06 ± 0,23x106 /μL kontrol grubunda 9,32 ± 0,20 x106 /μL, HCT hasta grupta % 41,72 ± 2,09 kontrol grubunda 65,00 ± 0,99 %, THR hasta grubunda 142,86 ± 11,40 x103 /μL kontrol grubunda 304,25 ± 40,16 Gra % hasta grupta % 54,52 ± 3,58 kontrol grubunda % 68,64 ± 1,64, Hb hasta grupta 12,73 ± 0,58 g/dL kontrol grubunda 15,03 ± 0,25 g/dL önemli düzeyde farklılık göstermiştir (P0.05). Biyokimyasal parametrelerden üre hasta grupta 63,86 ± 4,91 mg/dL kontrol grubunda 32,57 ± 1,70 mg/dL, ALP hasta grupta 360,60 ± 51,96 IU/L kontrol grubunda 133,05 ± 14,99 IU/L, AMY hasta grupta 1135,93 ± 68,49 IU/L kontrol grubunda 739,42 IU/L a kontrol grubuna göre istatistiksel açıdan önemli düzeyde farklılık gösterimiştir (P0.05). The aim of the study was to determine the changes in neopterin, procalcitonin biomarkers and some biochemical and hematological parameters in dogs with distemper. The animal material of this study consisted of a total of 50 dogs, 35 of which were diagnosed with distemper of different breeds and sexes, between the ages of 1.5- 6 months, and 15 healthy dogs, and the control group, brought to the Clinics of the Internal Medicine Department of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Kafkas University. CDV antigen rapid test kit and Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction method, which showed signs of systemic disease, formed the patient group with positive results. In the clinical examinations of the dogs with distemper in the patient group, information on fever, respiration, pulse, capillary filling time, conjunctival status, breed, gender and age were recorded. From the dogs diagnosed with distemper, usually vena cephalica antebrachii/vena saphena were taken into vacuum gel serum tubes without anticoagulant and blood tubes with EDTA. Blood samples taken into vacuum tubes were centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 10 minutes and at +4 ℃ in a refrigerated centrifuge device, serum and plasma were obtained and biochemical parameters from serum samples and hematological parameters from whole blood samples were measured. Hematological parameters were 5.12 ± 0.57 x103 /μL in the WBC patient group, 14,81 ± 1,46 x 103 /μL in the control group, 1,98 ± 1,73 x103 /μL in the LYM patient group, 29,21 ± 3 in the control group, 36 x103 /μL, 54,52 ± 3,58 x103 /μL in the Granulocyte patient group, 68,64 ± 1,64 x103 /μL in the control group, 6,06 ± 0,23 x106 /μL in the RBC patient group, 9.32 ± 0 in the control group .20 x106 /μL, 41,72 ± 2,09 % in the HCT patient group, 65,00 ± 0,99 % in the control group, 142,86 ± 11,40 x103 /μL in the THR patient group, 30,25 ± 40,16 Gra % in the patient group 54,52 ± There was a significant difference between 3,58 %, 68,64 ± 1,64% in the control group, VIII 12,73 ± 0,58 g/dL in the Hb patient group, and 15,03 ± 0,25 g/dL in the control group (P0.05).
