Özet

Sosyal bir varlık olan bireylerin içinde yaşadığı ortama ilişkin farklı görüş, fikir vb sahibi olması olağandır. Bu noktada muhalif görüş ve düşüncelerin diğer bireyler tarafından nasıl karşılandığı ve farklılıkların ifade edilmesine uygun atmosferin olup olmaması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Farklılıkların ifade edilmesi noktasında mevcut iklimin sahip olduğu nitelikler, muhalif olarak görülen görüşlerin ifade edilme şeklini ve muhalif davranışları da etkilemektedir. Çalışma hayatında da bu sürece yönelik farklı düşüncelerin olması örgütsel muhalefet kavramının ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur. Öğretmenlik mesleği bir meslek dalı olmasından öte eğitimin ülkelerin kalkınmasındaki rolü nedeniyle önemli toplumsal rol ve sorumlulukları da kapsamaktadır. Ülkelerin mevcut ve gelecekte olması beklenen piyasa koşullarının gerektirdiği niteliklere sahip bireyleri yetiştirmesinde eğitim, en önemli insan yatırımını oluşturmaktadır. Bu bakımdan eğitimin niteliğinin arttırılmasında fırsat eşitliğinin sağlanması, fiziki koşulların iyileştirilmesinin yanı sıra, öğretmenlerin istihdamı, çalışma koşullarının iyileştirilmesi de eğitimden beklenen kazanımların gerçekleştirilmesinde büyük önem taşımaktadır. Eğitim ve öğretimin uygulayıcısı olan öğretmenlerin görüş ve önerilerinin sisteme ilişkin geribildirimin sağlanmasında birinci derecede önemli olarak görülmesi, eğitim ve öğretim süreçlerinin iyileştirilmesinde son derece değerlidir. Bu bakımdan öğretmenlerin örgütsel muhalefetlerinin ifade edilmesine olanak tanındığı demokratik iklimin sağlanarak, karar alma süreçlerine öğretmenlerin de dâhil edilmesi üzerinde durulması gereken bir konudur. Bu araştırmanın amacı twitter örneğinden hareketle öğretmenlerin sosyal medyadaki örgütsel muhalefetlerini konu, istihdam şekli, sosyal medyanın örgütsel muhalefete etkileri bakımından incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda twitterde 1 Mart-1 Eylül 2022 tarihleri arasında öğretmen etiketi ile paylaşılan yirmi bin tweet içeriği analiz edilmiş ve araştırma soruları elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda cevaplandırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma nitel araştırma çerçevesinde planlanmış ve yürütülmüş olup, araştırma konusu ile ilgili literatür taraması gerçekleştirilmiş ve bu doğrultuda çalışmanın mantıksal çerçevesi oluşturulmuştur. Çalışma kapsamında incelenen veriler, twitterde öğretmenlerin paylaşımlarının istihdam edilme/edilmeme durumuna göre konu bakımından farklılaştığını, sendikaların öğretmenlerin bu paylaşımlarına destek olduklarını, çalışan öğretmenlerin ücret, ek ders gibi konulara yönelirken çalışmayan öğretmenlerin ücretli öğretmenlik, atama konularına önem verdiklerini göstermektedir. Diğer yandan sosyal medyanın öğretmenlerin görüş, talep ve önerilerini ilgili kurum ve yetkililere iletmede doğrudan iletişim olanağı sağladığı; aynı konu etrafında birleşen öğretmenlerin twitterde forumlar, platformlar oluşturduğu görülmektedir. Çalışmanın sosyal medya, eğitim ve öğretmenlik konularına ilişkin farklı alanları bir araya getirmeyi amaçlayan disiplinlerarası bir araştırma olmasından hareketle literatüre katkı sunacağına inanılmaktadır.

It is normal for individuals, who are social beings, to have different views, opinions, etc. about the environment in which they live. At this point, it is of great importance how opposing views and opinions are received by other individuals and whether there is an atmosphere suitable for the expression of differences. At the point of expressing the differences, the qualities of the current climate also affect the way in which oppositional views are expressed and oppositional behaviors. The fact that there are different thoughts about this process in working life has led to the emergence of the concept of organizational opposition. The teaching profession, beyond being a profession, includes important social roles and responsibilities due to the role of education in the development of countries. Education constitutes the most important human investment in raising individuals with the qualifications required by the current and future market conditions of the countries. In this respect, providing equal opportunities in increasing the quality of education, improving physical conditions, employment of teachers and improving working conditions are of great importance in realizing the gains expected from education. Considering the opinions and suggestions of teachers, who are the implementers of education and training, as the primary importance in providing feedback on the system, is extremely valuable in improving education and training processes. In this respect, the inclusion of teachers in the decision-making processes is an issue that needs to be emphasized by providing a democratic climate in which teachers' organizational oppositions are allowed to be expressed. The aim of this research is to examine the organizational opposition of teachers in social media in terms of subject, employment type, and the effects of social media on organizational opposition, based on the example of twitter. For this purpose, the content of twenty thousand tweets shared with the teacher tag on Twitter between March 1 and September 1, 2022 was analyzed and the research questions were tried to be answered in line with the data obtained. The study was planned and carried out within the framework of qualitative research, a literature review on the research topic was carried out and the logical framework of the study was created in this direction. The data analyzed within the scope of the study show that the teachers' posts on Twitter differ in terms of their employment/unemployment status, the unions support these posts of the teachers, while the working teachers focus on issues such as wages and additional lessons, the non-working teachers attach importance to paid teaching and assignment. On the other hand, social media provides direct communication opportunity for teachers to convey their opinions, requests and suggestions to the relevant institutions and authorities; It is seen that teachers who unite around the same subject create forums and platforms on Twitter. It is believed that the study will contribute to the literature, as it is an interdisciplinary research aiming to bring together different fields related to social media, education and teaching.
