Özet
Tedarik zinciri, şirketlerde var olan temel iş süreçlerinden biridir. Etkili yönetim, tedarik zinciri sürecinin sorunsuz hale gelmesine yardımcı olur ve kuruluşun genel verimliliğini artırmasını sağlar. Araştırma, tedarik zincirinin etkin yönetim uygulamalarının organizasyonun lojistik ve finansal performansı üzerindeki etkisini anlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada, tedarik zinciri departmanının etkin yönetim politikalarıyla geliştirilen lojistiğin farklı yönlerini analiz etmek amacıyla IBM SPSS, MS Excel kullanılmıştır. Araştırma raporu, organizasyonun rekabet gücünü artırmak için zamanında teslimatı ve etkili stratejik gelişimi artırmaya yol açan organizasyon içinde benimsenmesi gereken yönetim uygulamalarını tasvir etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Mali performans ve tedarik zinciri yönetimi uygulamaları arasındaki korelasyon, Pakistan'daki operasyonel gıda endüstrisinden 100 katılımcının anket yoluyla verilerinin toplanıp analizi sonucu hesaplanıp; araştırma raporunda gösterilmiştir. Nedensel ilişkiyi ifade eden regresyon modellemesi ile belirlenen bağımsız ve her iki bağımlı değişken arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur. Tedarik zinciri yönetiminde karar verme, stratejik planlama ve stratejik geliştirmenin lojistik performansın alt boyutlarını biraz etkilediği, etkisinin ise en fazla finansal performans üzerinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu konudaki birincil analiz, tedarik zinciri yönetiminde en belirgin faktör olarak“karar verme”boyutu ile sonuçlanmıştır. Analiz sonucunda net kârı artıran en önemli faktör stratejik gelişim olmuştur. Seçilen gıda sektörü şirketleri için tedarik zinciri yönetimine daha fazla zaman ve diğer kaynaklar harcadıkça gelirlerin ve net kârların arttığı ikincil analizden açıkça görülmektedir. Gıda endüstrisinin, hem finansal hem de lojistik performans üzerindeki etkisini iyileştirmek için tedarik zincirindeki karar verme sürecine odaklanılması tavsiye edilmektedir.

The supply chain is one of the core businesses processes that exist within corporations. Effective management helps the process of the supply chain to become smooth and enables the organization to enhance its overall efficiency. The research aims to understand the impact of effective management practices of the supply chain on the logistics and financial performance of the organization. The research includes the use of IBM SPSS and MS EXCEL for the purpose of analyzing different aspects of the logistics that are improved by effective management policies of the supply chain department. The research report aims to depict the management practices that should be adopted within the organization that leads to enhancing the on-time delivery and effective strategic development to raise the competitiveness of the organization. The correlation between financial performance and supply chain management practices has been illustrated within the research report in which the data is collected through a survey analysis of 100 participants from the operational food industry in Pakistan. It has been found that there was a strong statistical relationship between the independent and both dependent variables those were drawn through regression modeling focused on correlational research design. It has been found that the decision-making, strategic planning, and strategic development in supply chain management, affected, the sub dimensions of logistics performance slightly while its impact was statistically significant on the financial performance. The primary analysis in this regard has resulted in the“decision-making”variable as the most prominent factor in supply chain management. It had statistically significant impact on the time management for individual logistics tasks, stock clearance efficiencies, and the revenues of the food sector of Pakistan. Strategic development was the most prominent factor to increase net profits as resulted from the analysis. It is evident from the secondary analysis that revenues and net profits increased for the selected food sector companies as they spend more time and other resources on their supply chain management. It is recommended that the food industry should concentrate on the decision-making in the supply chain to improve its impact on the financial as well as logistics performance.
