Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı; bilim ve sanat merkezlerine öğretmen seçimine ilişkin standartların oluşturulmasıdır. Standartlar oluşturulurken delphi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Delphi tekniği, uzman bir grubun görüşlerine başvurmak suretiyle, mevcut görüşlere kontrollü geri bildirim sağlayarak, mutabakata varılan güvenilir bir anket elde etme sürecidir. Bu çalışmanın uzman grubunu bilim ve sanat merkezleri öğretmen seçim süreçlerini başarı ile tamamlamış ve halen bilim ve sanat merkezlerinde görev yapmakta olan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada uzman grup belirlenirken amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden biri olan ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Uzman grup içerisinde; 15 öğretmen, 6 yönetici ve alanda uzman 2 akademisyen olmak üzere toplam 23 kişi bulunmaktadır. Delphi tekniği 3 tur üzerinden uygulanmıştır. İlk turda 5'li likert ölçek kullanılmış, diğer turlarda ise mevcut performans göstergeleri üzerinde uzlaşı sağlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma neticesinde; kişisel özellik, ilgi ve istek, beceri, iletişim, akademik, teknoloji ve entelektüel düzey olmak üzere yedi standart alan belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen standart alanlara ilişkin görüşler analiz edilerek performans göstergelerine dönüştürülmüş ve uzmanların bu göstergeler üzerinde görüş birliği sağlama durumları ortaya konulmuştur. Yedi standart alanda, kişisel özellik (17), ilgi ve istek (8), beceri (14), iletişim (7), akademik (8), teknoloji (5) ve entelektüel düzey (5) olmak üzere toplamda 64 performans göstergesi elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen standartlar ve performans göstergeleri, öğretmenlerin kendilerini geliştirebilecekleri alanları bilmeleri ve iyileştirebilecekleri nitelikler konusunda özdenetim mekanizması oluşturabilmeleri açısından önem arz etmektedir.

The aim of this study; is to establish standards for the selection of teachers for science and art centers. Delphi technique was used while creating the standards. The Delphi technique is the process of obtaining a reliable questionnaire that is agreed upon by providing controlled feedback to existing opinions by seeking the opinions of an expert group. The expert group of this study consists of teachers who have successfully completed the teacher selection processes of science and art centers and are still working in science and art centers. In the study, criterion sampling method, which is one of the purposive sampling methods, was used while determining the expert group. Within the expert group; there are a total of 23 people, including 15 teachers, 6 administrators and 2 academicians who are experts in the field. Delphi technique was applied over 3 rounds. In the first round, a 5-point Likert scale was used, and in the other rounds, an attempt was made to reach a consensus on the current performance indicators. As a result of this study; seven standard areas were determined as personal characteristics, interest and desire, skills, communication, academic, technology and intellectual level. Opinions on the determined standard areas were analyzed and converted into performance indicators, and the consensus of experts on these indicators was revealed. A total of 64 performance indicators were obtained in seven standard areas, including personal characteristics (17), interest and desire (8), skill (14), communication (7), academic (8), technology (5) and intellectual level (5). Obtained standards and performance indicators are important for teachers to know the areas where they can improve themselves and to create a self-control mechanism for the qualities they can improve.
