Özet
Çalışmamızın amacı kronik inmeli bireylerde aerobik egzersiz ve çift görev odaklı eğitimin denge, yürüme hızı ve bilişsel fonksiyon üzerine etkisini incelemektir. Çalışmamıza gönüllü 39 kronik inmeli hasta dahil edilmiştir. Hastalar konvansiyonel tedavi grubu (n=13), aerobik egzersiz tedavi grubu (n=13) ve çift görev egzersizi tedavi grubu (n=13) olmak üzere 3 gruba ayrılmıştır. Haftada 3 gün toplamda 15 seans tedaviye alınmışlardır. Değerlendirme için Sözel Akıcılık Testi (SAT), Standartize Mini Mental Testi (SMMT), Berg Denge Testi (BDT), 10 Metre Yürüme Testi (10 MYT) ve Süreli Kalk Yürü Testi (SKYT) kullanılmıştır. Konvansiyonel tedavi grubunda SAT VE SMMT'de anlamlı bir fark bulunmamışken(p>0,05) ; BDT, 10 MYT ve SKYT'inde anlamlı fark bulunmuştur. The aim of our study is to improve balance, walking and aerobic exercise and dual-task focused training in individuals with chronic stroke, and to examine the effect on speed and cognitive function. Our study included 39 volunteer chronic stroke patients. Patients were in the conventional treatment group (n=13), aerobic exercise treatment group (n=13) and dual-task exercise was divided into 3 groups as the treatment group (n=13). 15 sessions in total, 3 days a week have been treated. Verbal Fluency Test, Standardized Mini Mental Test for Assessment, Berg Balance Test , 10 Meter Walk Test , and Timed Up and Go Test used. While there was no significant difference in Verbal Fluencey Test and Standardized Mini Mental Test in the conventional treatment group (p>0.05); a significant difference was found in Berg Balance test, 10 Meter Walk Test and Timed Up and Go Test.
