Özet
Emevîlerin son dönemi ile Abbâsîlerin ilk döneminde yaşayan Ru'be b. el-'Accâc, recezleriyle istişhâd edilmesi sebebiyle özellikle lugat alanındaki kaynaklarda sıklıkla karşılaşılan bir râcizdir. Ru'be ve recezlerinin Arap diline katkısı oldukça büyüktür. Bu dönemin önemli edebî gelişmelerinden biri, recezin urcûze şeklini almasıdır. Câhiliye ve Sadru'l-İslâm döneminde çoğunlukla üç beş şatırdan ibaret olan şiir türlerinden recez, Emevîler döneminde adeta kaside gibi dört yüz şatra varan uzunluktaki urcûze hâlini almıştır. Bu urcûzelerde medih, iftihar, gazel, tasvir ve hikmet gibi birçok konu işlenmiştir. Özellikle dönemin yöneticilerinin methedildiği recezler söyleyen birçok şâir, halifeler tarafından saraylarında ağırlanmış ve onlara ikramda bulunulmuştur. Ru'be ve babası el-'Accâc bu şâirlerden ikisidir. Recezin gelişimine büyük katkıyı sağlayan öncü râcizlerden Ru'be ile bu türün zirve yaptığı ve ondan sonra da recezde gelişimin durduğu kabul edilir. Bütün bunlar göz önünde bulundurulduğunda Ru'be ve Dîvân'ının Arap dili ve belâgatı açısından önemli bir yere sahip olduğu anlaşılmaktadır.“Ru'be b. el-'Accâc ve Dîvân'ının İncelenmesi”adlı bu çalışma bir giriş ve dört ana bölüm halinde düzenlenmiştir. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın konusu, amacı, önemi, literatür değerlendirmesi ve yöntemi ele alınmıştır. Tezin birinci bölümünde Ru'be b. el-'Accâc'ın hayatını ve recezlerini anlamaya katkı sağlayacağı düşünüldüğünden yaşadığı dönemdeki siyasî, sosyal, ilmî ve kültürel hayat araştırılmıştır. Tezin ikinci bölümünde Ru'be'nin hayatı, ailesi ve edebî kişiliği incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde recezlerinde ele aldığı konular ve son olarak dördüncü bölümde ise onun recezlerinde işlediği edebî sanatlar incelenmiştir.

Ru'ba b. al-'Ajjâj, lived in the last period of the Umayyads and the first period of the Abbasids, is a frequently encountered râjiz especially in the sources on lexicon field because recitations with his rajazs. The contribution of his Ru'ba and rajaz to the Arabic language is quite large. One of the important literary developments of this period is that rajaz took the form of urjūzah. Rajaz, one of the types of poetry that consisted mostly of three or five lines in the Jahiliyyah and Early Islamic Era, became an urjūzah of up to four hundred lines in the period of the Umayyads, almost like a qasida. In these urjūzahs, many subjects such as panegyric, pride, ghazal, description and wisdom are covered. Many poets who sang rajaz, especially in which the rulers of the period were praised, were hosted by the caliphs in their palaces and offered treats to them. Ru'ba and his father al-'Ajjâj are two of these poets. It is accepted that this genre peaked with Ru'ba, one of the pioneering râjiz who contributed greatly to the development of rajaz, and then its development stopped after him. Considering all these it is understood that Ru'ba and his Dîwân have an important place in terms of Arabic language and rhetoric. This study, titled“Ru'ba b. al-'Ajjâj and Examination of His Dîwân”, is arranged as an introduction and four main chapters. In the introduction, the subject, purpose, importance, literature review and method of the study are discussed. In the first chapter of the thesis, the political, social, scientific and cultural life of the period he lived in was investigated because it is thought that it will contribute to the understanding of Ru'ba b. al-'Ajjâj's life and rajazes. In the second chapter of the thesis, Ru'ba's life, family and literary personality were examined. In the third chapter, the subjects he dealt with in his rajazes and in the fourth chapter at the end, the literary arts he used in his rajazes were examined.
