Özet
Hızlı gelişen teknolojiler ile eğitimde yenilikçi öğretim ve öğrenim fırsatları oluşmaktadır. Web teknolojileri ile uzaktan eğitim derslerinde bilginin aktarılma biçimi değişerek öğretim elemanları ve öğrenciler arasındaki iletişim ve etkileşim olanakları artmaktadır. Yabancı dil öğretiminde sanal gerçeklik, makine öğrenmesi ve yapay zekâ gibi teknolojilerin kullanımın yaygınlaşması ile uzaktan eğitim yoluyla öğrencilerin dil öğrenme süreci daha etkileşimli, deneyim odaklı ve kişiselleştirilmiş hale gelmektedir. Öğretim elemanları, kendi öğretim yaklaşımlarını teknolojilerin sunduğu bu fırsatlar ile yeniden şekillendirerek öğretim sürecini daha verimli ve öğrenci merkezli hale getirebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada uzaktan eğitim yoluyla Rusça öğretiminde öğretim elemanlarının teknolojik ve pedagojik yeterliklerini desteklemek amacıyla güncel teknolojiler, kavramlar, öğretim yöntemleri ve öğrenci merkezli yaklaşımlar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Ayrıca, uzaktan eğitim sürecinde öğretim elemanları ve öğrenciler tarafından kullanılabilecek web teknolojilerinin amaç ve işlevlerine dikkat çekilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonunda elde edilen tüm veriler TPACK anlayışı, SECTIONS ve ADDIE modelleri ile temellendirilerek uzaktan eğitim yoluyla yürütülen Rusça derslerin öğretim tasarımı sürecine yönelik bir model önerisinde bulunulmuştur. Bu modelin temel amacı, uzaktan eğitim yoluyla yürütülen Rusça dersler için öğretim tasarımının sistemli bir şekilde nasıl yapılabileceği konusunda öğretim elemanlarına genel bir çerçeve sunmaktır. Bu model ile Rusça dersler için amaç ve hedeflerin belirlenmesi, teknoloji seçimi, öğretim materyallerinin ve öğretim yöntemlerinin belirlenmesi, geri bildirim alma, ölçme ve değerlendirme gibi aşamalarda öğretim elemanlarına yönlendirici sorular sorularak öğretim tasarımı sürecine katkıda bulunulması hedeflenmektedir. Ayrıca, modelin örnek uygulaması olarak Rusça öğretimine yönelik bir dersin öğretim tasarımı yapılmıştır.

With the rapidly developing technologies, innovative teaching and learning opportunities are emerging in education. The communication and interaction opportunities between the instructors and students are increasing by changing the way of transferring information in distance education courses with web technologies. With the widespread use of technologies such as virtual reality, machine learning and artificial intelligence in foreign language teaching, the language learning process of students through distance education becomes more interactive, experience-oriented and personalized. By integrating these technological opportunities into their teaching approaches, instructors can transform the teaching process into a more efficient and student-centered one. This study provides information about current technologies, concepts, teaching methods and student-centered approaches in order to support the technological and pedagogical competencies of the instructors in teaching Russian through distance education. Furthermore, the purposes and functions of web technologies that can be used by instructors and students in the distance education process are highlighted. Considering all the data obtained, and referring to the TPACK understanding, SECTIONS and ADDIE models, a model proposal was presented at the end of the study for the instructional design process of Russian courses conducted through distance education. The main purpose of this model is to provide a general framework for instructors on how to systematically design the instruction of Russian courses conducted through distance education. With this model, the aim is to contribute to the instructional design process of Russian courses by asking instructors guiding questions at stages such as determining the goals and objectives, choosing technology, determining teaching materials and methods, receiving feedback, measurement and evaluation. Additionally, the instructional design of a Russian course has been presented as a sample application of the model.
