Özet
Bu tez, büyük âlim Şeyh Ahmed Faiz el-Berzencî'nin“Tuhfetu'l-İhvân fî Şerhi Fethi'r-Rahmân fî 'İlmeyi'l-Me'ânî ve'l-Beyân”adlı eserin tahkik ve incelemesini konu edinmektedir. Berzencî'nin farklı görüşleri zikredip tartıştıktan sonda kendi görüşünü belirtmesi hasebiyle önemli görülen bu Belagat kitabı, mahtut olarak elimizde mevcut olup henüz yayınlanmamıştır. Bu araştırma, iki bölümden oluşmaktadır: Birinci bölüm, dirase, araştırma ve incelmeyi içerir. Bu bölümde risalenin nazımı, şarihi ve müellifi tanıtılmaktadır. İkinci bölüm ise tahkik kısmını içerir. Bu bölümde ise tahkik, bilimsel inceleme ve araştırma usul ve esaslılarına riayet edilerek risale tahkik edilmiştir Tez üç Belagat ilminden birisi olan Me'anî ilmine dair olup bu ilmi kapsar. Risalenin şarihi olan el-Berzencî aşağıdaki sekiz konuyu araştırmaktadır: Haberî isnadın halleri, Müsned ileyhin halleri, Müsned'in halleri, Fiile müteallık olanların halleri, Kasr, İnşa, Fasıl ve Vasıl, Îcâz, İtnâb ve müsâvât.

This thesis focuses on the critical examination and analysis of the work titled“Tuhfetu'l-İhvân fî Şerhi Fethi'r-Rahmân fî 'İlmeyi'l-Me'ânî ve'l-Beyân,”written by the great scholar Sheikh Ahmed Faiz el-Berzencî. This significant book on rhetoric remains in manuscript form and has not been published yet, considering its importance due to Berzencî's discussion of various perspectives and eventually expressing his own views. The research consists of two main sections: The first section includes study, investigation, and overview. This part introduces the poetic structure, author, and commentator of the treatise. The second section comprises the critical examination. Following the principles and methods of scientific investigation and research, this part meticulously analyzes the treatise. The thesis focuses on one of the three branches of Eloquence, which is the science of“Me'anî.”El-Berzencî, the commentator of the treatise, investigates the following eight topics The conditions of“Haberî isnad”If you have any further sentences or passages that need translation, feel free to ask!
