Özet

79 ÖZET Araştırma, bilgisayar destekli öğretimde görevli öğretmenlerin bilgisayar destekli öğretime ilişkin yeterlikleri neler olmalıdır: Mevcut durumda yeterlikler açısından öğretmenlerin seviyeleri ne durumdadır. Bu alandaki eğitim ihtiyaçlarının tespiti probleminden hareketle, bilgisayar destekli öğretimde görev yapan öğretmenlerin bilgisayar destekli öğretime ilişkin yeterlikleri belirlemek ve bu yeterliklere dayalı olarak eğitim ihtiyacını saptamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, literatüre dayalı genel tarama modeliyle sürdürülmüş ve anket tekniği kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Birinci aşamada, literatür taranarak konuyla ilgili veriler elde edilmiş ve bu verilerden yararlanarak yeterlikler ankete dönüştürülmüştür, ikinci aşamada ankete ilişkin alan uzmanı, dil uzmanı ve istatistikçi görüşleri alınarak ön deneme 25 farklı branştaki öğretmenle yapılarak düzeltilmiş ve son şekli verilmiştir. Anket 3 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde kişisel bilgilere, ikinci bölümde bilgisayara ve üçüncü bölümde bilgisayar destekli öğretime ilişkin olmak üzere 42 yeterliği içermektedir. Hazırlanan bu anket Eskişehir ilindeki 15 Bilgisayar formatör öğretmeni, 45 Müfredat Laboratuvar Okullarında görevli öğretmene ve 20 yönetici olmak üzere 80 kişiye uygulanmıştır. Ankete verilen cevaplar (x), f, %, t-testi istatistik teknikleri uygulanarak çözümlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular amaçlar doğrultusunda yorumlanmıştır. Yapılan çözümlemeler sonucunda elde edilen bulgular incelendiğinde mevcut uygulamada öğretmenlerin ancak %32.4'ü kendilerini yeterli, oldukça yeterli veya tamamen yeterli olarak görmektedirler. Bunlar da formatör öğretmenler veya diğer bir deyişle uzun süreli hizmet içi eğitim faaliyetine katılan öğretmenlerdir, öğretmenlerin yaklaşık olarak %70'inin yetersiz oldukları ve daha uzun süreli eğitimden geçirilmeleri gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır.

80 SUMMARY This research is conducted with the purpose of determining if what should the skills of teachers assigned to positions in teaching at computer aided teaching be, in relation to the subject of computed aided teaching. Efforts are made in this study to determine if what is the level of qualifications of the teachers employed in this area in the current situation and by starting from the problem of the determination of the needs in field of teaching, the determination of qualifications and the educational needs are covered. The research bases on general scanning model which uses literature. A survey technique is employed during the study. During the first phase, the literature is reviewed and the data related to the subject is attained. By benefiting from the data gathered, the qualifications are put in form of a questionnaire items, for use in the survey. During the second phase, by taking the opinions of the specialists, language experts and the statisticians, in relation to the survey, the initial trail was performed with participation of 25 teachers who were in different branches and the survey was arranged to reach at its final form. This survey contains 3 sections. In the first section, there is the personal information and in the second section there are the qualifications that are related to the computer. In the third section there is the computer aided teaching. Thus there are 42 qualifications that are contained in the survey in form of questionnaire items.81 The survey prepared was applied to 15 Computer formatter teacher, 45 teachers who were assigned to positions at Curriculum Laboratory Schools and to 20 managers all in the city of Eskişehir. The responses to the survey questionnaire were analyzed by using such statistical concepts and techniques as the average, f, % and the t-test. The findings are interpreted in the direction of objectives. At the end of the analyses performed, the findings attained are examined and it has been determined that in the current application of the survey, there is only 32.4% of the teachers who feel themselves sufficient, rather sufficient or completely sufficient on the subject. They are the formatter tecachers or put in other words, they are the teachers who had participated in the long term in service training activities. It has been concluded that approximately 70% of the teachers are not qualified and there is need that they be subjected to a longer-term education to gain the necessary qualifications. *ts8JUJ DO
