Özet
Bu çalışmanın konusu gebelik dönemindeki kadınların ruhsal dünyalarının nesne ilişkileri ekseninde incelenmesi ve Covid döneminin gebelik dönemiyle kesişmesinin kadının ruhsallığına olan etkisinin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu çalışmada projektif testler ve görüşmeler aracılığıyla gebelik döneminde olan kadınların nesne ilişkilerinin, çatışma ve özdeşimlerinin nasıl değiştiğine dair bilgi sahibi olmak hedeflenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda ilk gebeliğinin ikinci trimester döneminde olan fiziksel ve ruhsal herhangi bir tanısı bulunmayan 10 katılımcıya sırasıyla Hamilelik Süresince Annelik Mülakatı (IRMAG), Yarı Yapılandırılmış Klinik Görüşme, Rorschach Testi ve Tematik Algı Testi uygulanmıştır. Rorschach Testi ve Tematik Algı Testi sonuçları Fransız Okulu sistemine göre incelenmiştir ve içerik analizi yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre gebeliğin ikinci trimester döneminde bulunan kadınların kendi anne- kız ilişkisine yönelik söylemlerde bulundukları, bebeğe dair yatırım ve uyum süreçlerinde kendi içsel anne imgelerinin etkili olduğu görülmektedir. Covid döneminin gebelik dönemiyle kesişmesinin endişe düzeyini arttırdığı görülmektedir. Katılımcılar tarafından sosyal temasın azalması, hastalanma kaygısı gibi temalar Covid döneminin olumsuz özellikleri olarak tanımlanırken; online çalışmak pandeminin olumlu bir özelliği olarak tarif edilmiştir. Katılımcıların projektif testlerde verdikleri yanıtlar incelendiğinde, kendilerine yönelik narsisistik yatırıma ve bedensel meşguliyete işaret eden yanıtlar verdikleri görülmektedir.

The subject of this study is to examine the psychological world of women during pregnancy on the axis of object relations and to evaluate the effect of the intersection of the Covid period with the pregnancy period on women's psychology. In this study, we aimed to obtain information on how object relations, conflicts and identifications of women during pregnancy change through projective tests and interviews. Accordingly, 10 participants who were in the second trimester of their first pregnancy and who did not have any physical or psychological diagnosis were administered the Interview on Motherhood During Pregnancy (IRMAG), Semi-structured Clinical Interview, Rorschach Test and Thematic Perception Test respectively. The results of the Rorschach Test and Thematic Perception Test were analyzed according to the French School system and evaluated by content analysis method. According to the findings of the study, it is seen that women in the second trimester of pregnancy make discourses about their own mother-daughter relationship, and that their internal mother images are effective in their investment and adaptation processes regarding the baby. It is seen that the intersection of the Covid period with the pregnancy period increases the level of anxiety. While themes such as decreased social contact and anxiety about getting sick were defined by the participants as negative features of the Covid period, working online was described as a positive feature of the pandemic. When the responses of the participants in the projective tests are examined, it is seen that they gave answers that point to narcissistic investment in themselves and physical preoccupation.
