Özet
Sağlık hizmetlerinde dijital sağlık teknolojilerinin yoğun bir şekilde kullanılması ile birlikte sağlık hizmeti alan hastaların teknolojiye hazır bulunuşlukları ve kabullenmeleri önemli bir konu haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; hızla dijitalleşen dünyamızda hastaların kişilik özelliklerinin dijital sağlık teknoloji algılarına olan etkisinin uluslararası indekste yer alan teknoloji kabul modeli (TKM) ve beş faktör kişilik ölçeği (BKO) ile ölçülmesidir. Ayrıca bu çalışma ile hastaların dijital sağlık teknolojilerini benimsemesine dair algıları ölçülerek, mikro perspektifte sağlık kurumu yöneticilerine hastanelerinin dijitalleşmesi konusunda yol göstermek, strateji üretmeleri için yardımcı olmak; makro perspektifte ise sağlık politikacıları ve planlayıcılarına stratejiler üretmeleri konusunda bilgi üretmek hedeflenmektedir. Veriler, Bursa'da ikamet eden ve son altı ay içerisinde sağlık hizmeti almış olan 18-65 yaş arasındaki hastalar ve ikinci basamak sağlık hizmeti sunan bir özel hastanedeki aynı kriterlerdeki hastalar olmak üzere toplamda 340 hastaya kartopu örnekleme yoluyla online platformda anket uygulanarak toplanmıştır. Anket analizleri SPSS for Windows 25.00 ve AMOS 24.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Katılımcıların çoğunluğu kadın (%54,7), 26-35 yaş aralığında (%35,3), evli (%61,8) lise mezunu (%30,6) ve gelir durumu 14.001 TL ve üstündedir (%29,4). BKO alt boyutlarının TKM ölçeğine etkisinin incelendiği modelde, tüm etkilerin (p<005) anlamlı olduğu görülmüştür. BKO alt boyutlarından dışa dönüklük ve deneyime açıklık alt boyutlarının TKM değişkenine etkisi pozitif ve anlamlı bulunmuş; yumuşak başlılık, sorumluluk ve nevrotiklik alt boyutunun TKM değişkenine etkisi negatif ve anlamlı bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda ortaya çıkan sonuçların, özgün nitelikte olduğu, alana katkı sağlayacağı, sağlık yöneticilerine yol göstereceği ve daha geniş ve farklı örneklemlerle yapılacak ileriki çalışmalara ışık tutacağı düşünülmektedir.

With the intensive use of digital health technologies in health services, the readiness and acceptance of technology by patients receiving health services has become an important issue. The aim of this study; in our rapidly digitalizing world, the effect of the personality traits of the patients on their perception of digital health technology is measured with the technology acceptance model (TAM) and the five factor personality scale (FPS), which are included in the international index. In addition, with this study, by measuring the perceptions of patients about the adoption of digital health technologies, to guide health institution managers in a micro perspective on the digitalization of their hospitals, to help them produce strategies; In the macro perspective, it is aimed to produce information for health politicians and planners to produce strategies. The data were collected by applying a questionnaire on the online platform through snowball sampling to a total of 340 patients, including patients aged 18-65 who reside in Bursa and have received health care in the last six months, and patients with the same criteria in a private hospital providing secondary health care. Survey analyzes were analyzed and interpreted using SPSS for Windows 25.00 and AMOS 24.0 program. Majority of the participants are female (54.7%), age range of 26-35 (35.3%), married (61.8%) high school graduate (30.6%) and income level is 14.001 TL and above (29.4%). In the model in which the effects of FPS sub-dimensions on the TAM scale were examined, all effects (p<005) were found to be significant. The effects of extraversion and openness to experience sub-dimensions of FPS on the TAM variable were found to be positive and significant; The effect of agreeableness, conscientiousness and neuroticism sub-dimensions on the TAM variable was found to be negative and significant. It is thought that the results of the research are original, will contribute to the field, will guide health managers and will shed light on future studies with larger and different samples.
