Özet
Destek eğitimi veren fen bilimleri öğretmenlerinin ve destek eğitim alan öğrenci velilerinin süreçte yaşadığı sorunları belirlemek, çözüm önerilerini almak destek eğitim odalarında verilen fen bilimleri dersinin verimini artıracaktır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, destek eğitim odalarında eğitim veren fen bilimleri öğretmenleri ve eğitim alan öğrenci velilerinin destek eğitim odasına yönelik görüşlerini, eğitim sürecine ilişkin yaşadıkları sorunları belirlemek ve bu sorunlara yönelik çözüm önerilerini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Çalışmada fenomenolojik araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu Trabzon ilinde görev yapan ve destek eğitim odalarında eğitim veren fen bilimleri öğretmenleri (N=20) ve eğitim alan öğrenci velileri (N=10) oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak mülakat kullanılmıştır. Mülakat soruları araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen veriler içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Analiz sonucu oluşturulan kodlar kategorize edilip ortak temalar bulunmuştur. Ortak temalardan şekiller oluşturulmuştur. Elde edilen bulgular şekiller kullanılarak sunulmuştur. Destek eğitim veren fen bilimleri öğretmenlerinin yaşadıkları sorunların veli ilgisizliği, etkinlik hazırlamak, destek eğitim odasının olmaması veya donanımının yetersiz olması, öğrencilerin utangaçlığı, planlama ve verimli olabilme kaygısı yaşama olduğu belirlenmiştir. Velilerin yaşadıkları sorunların çocuklarına yardımcı olamama, kaynak bulamama ve çocuklarının etiketlenmesi olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Destek eğitim odasında fen bilimleri dersini yürütmeden önce fen bilimleri öğretmenlerinin kendisi, öğrenci, veli, fiziksel ortam, idare ve rehber öğretmenden kaynaklanan sorunlar yaşadıkları belirlenmiştir. Velilerin çocuklarının destek eğitim odasında fen bilimleri dersi hazırlık sürecinde karşılaştıkları sorunları kaynak, çocukları ve kendileri kaynaklı üç başlık altında kodladıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Tüm öğretmenlere özel eğitim ve kaynaştırma ile ilgili yüz yüze eğitim verilebileceği, tüm öğrencilerin özel eğitim ve kaynaştırma ile ilgili bilinçlendirilmeleri gerektiği önerilmiştir. Ayrıca TRT'in özel eğitim ve kaynaştırma ile ilgili kanal açması ve MEB'in velilere özel eğitim ve kaynaştırma ile ilgili etkinliklerin olduğu kaynaklar hazırlayabileceği önerileri sunulmuştur.

Identifying the problems experienced by the science teachers who provide support education and the parents of students receiving support education and getting solution suggestions will increase the efficiency of the science course given in the support education rooms. The aim of this research is to determine the opinions of science teachers who give education in support education rooms and the parents of students who receive education about the support education room, the problems they experience in the education process and to reveal solutions for these problems. Phenomenological researcher method was used in the study. The study group consists of science teachers (N=20) and parents of students (N=10) who work in the province of Trabzon and give education in support training rooms. Interview was used as data collection tool. Interview questions were prepared by the researcher. The data obtained from the study were subjected to content analysis. The codes created as a result of the analysis were categorized and common themes were found. Figures were created from common themes. Obtained findings are presented using figures. It has been determined that the problems experienced by science teachers giving support education are parental indifference, preparing activities, lack of support education room or insufficient equipment, students' shyness, planning and being productive. It was concluded that the problems experienced by the parents were the inability to help their children, the inability to find resources, and the labeling of their children. It was determined that science teachers had problems arising from themselves, students, parents, physical environment, administration and guidance teacher before conducting the science lesson in the support education room. It was concluded that the parents coded the problems their children encountered during the preparation process of the science lesson in the support education room under three headings: source, children and themselves. It has been suggested that face-to-face training can be given to all teachers about special education and inclusion, and that all students should be made aware of special education and inclusion. In addition, suggestions were presented that TRT should open a channel on special education and inclusion, and that the Ministry of National Education could prepare resources for parents with activities related to special education and inclusion.
