Özet
Tezimizde girişim sermayesi şirketlerinin ortaklık yapısı ve faaliyetleri İslam hukuku açısından değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Tezimiz dört bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde araştırmanın amacı konusu, önemi ve yöntemi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde girişim sermayesi şirketlerinin kuruluşu, sermaye ve ortaklık yapısı ve faaliyetleri hakkında genel bilgiler, üçüncü bölümde İslam hukukunda şirketler hakkında genel bilgiler, dördüncü bölümde ise girişim sermayesi şirketlerinin uygulama ve faaliyetleri İslam hukuku bakımından değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Tezimizi hazırlarken borsada işlem gören ve özellikle katılım endeksi kriterlerine uyan girişim sermayesi şirketlerini incelemeye çalıştık. Bu şirketleri incelerken şirketlerin esas sözleşmeleri, resmî siteleri ve Kamuoyu Aydınlatma Platformunun sitesindeki bilgilerden yararlandık. Aktif bir şekilde faaliyet gösteren bazı girişim sermayesi ve girişimci şirketlerle görüşmeler gerçekleştirdik. Araştırma ve görüşmelerimiz neticesinde İslam hukukuna uygun olan ve olmayan durumları tespit etmeye çalıştık. Sonuç bölümünde de araştırmamız esnasında elde ettiğimiz sonuçları zikrettik ve çeşitli önerilerde bulunduk.

In our thesis, we tried to evaluate the partnership structure and activities of venture capital companies in terms of Islamic law. Our thesis consists of four chapters and conclusion. In the first chapter, information was given about the purpose, subject, importance and method of the research. In the second chapter, general information about the establishment of venture capital companies, capital and partnership structure and activities, in the third chapter, general information about companies in Islamic law, and in the fourth chapter, the practices and activities of venture capital companies are tried to be evaluated in terms of Islamic law. While preparing our thesis, we tried to examine venture capital companies that are traded on the stock exchange and especially comply with the participation index criteria. While examining these companies, we benefited from the companies' articles of association, the official website and the information on the Public Disclosure Platform's website. We held discussions with some actively operating venture capital and entrepreneurial companies. As a result of our research and interviews, we tried to identify situations that are and are not compatible with Islamic law. In the conclusion section, we mentioned the results we obtained during our research and made various suggestions.
