Özet

Bu araştırmada aynı çaptaki prefabrike millerde siman kalınlığının değişmesinin tutuculuğa olan etkisi farklı simanlarla incelendi. Bu amaçla 180 adet üst çene santral, lateral ve kanin, alt çene kanin ve 1. ve 2. küçük azı dişleri kullanıldı. Dişler mine-sement hududundan ve kökün apikalinden kesildi. Tüm örnekler 10 mmTik metal silindirler içine gömüldü. 1.25 mm çapındaki Parapost XT ve Parapost Plus prefabrike milleri, 1.25, 1.40 ve 1.50 mm' ye genişletilmiş kanallara, çinko fosfat, Panavia EX ve 3M Scotchbond reçine simanıyla simante edildi. Örneklere İnstron test aletinde 5 mm/dak hızda başarısızlık oluncaya kadar basma kuvveti uygulandı. Kopmanın olduğu değerler kaydedildi Sonuçlar student-t testi ile karşılaştırıldı. Deney sonuçlarına göre, 3M Scotchbond reçine simanıyla simante edilen Parapost XT ve Parapost Plus milleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulundu (p<0.05). Panavia EX ve çinko fosfat ile yapıştırılan Parapost XT ve Parapost Plus milleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark gözlemlenmedi. Reçine simanı ile yapıştırılan millerde kanal çapındaki artış tutunma değerlerini arttırırken, çinko fosfat simanmda tutuculuk değerlerinde azalma gözlemlendi. Yapılan tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) sonuçlarına göre, en tutucu siman 3M Scotchbond reçine simanı olarak bulundu. Bunu Panavia EX ve çinko fosfat simanı takip etti ve aralarında ileri derecede anlamlı farklılıklar bulundu (p<0.001). 85

In this study, the effect of the change in the cement thickness of prefabricated posts of the same diameter, on the retention has been studied with different cements. For this purpose, a total of 180 maxillary central, lateral, canine and mandibular canine and premolars teeth were used. The teeth were sectioned across the cemento-enamel junction, and apical to the root. All specimens were embedded in metal cylinders of 10 mm. Parapost XT and Parapost Plus prefabricated posts of 1.25mm in diameter were cemented into the canals widened to 1.25, 1.40, and 1.50 mm, by zinc phosphate, Panavia EX and 3M Scotchbond resin cements. A compressive load has been applied in a Universal Test Machine with the cross-head speed of 5mm /min., until failure. The failure loades were recorded. The results were compared with student-t test. According to the experimental results, the differences between Parapost XT and Parapost Plus posts cemented with 3M Scotchbond resin cement were found to be statistically significant (p<0.05). The differences between Parapost XT and Parapost Plus posts cemented with Panavia EX and zinc phosphate cement were not found to be statistically significant (p>0.05). In the groups cemented with resin cement, the retention increase as the cement thickness increase, on the other groups cemented with zinc phosphate cement, the retention decrease as the cement thickness increase. According to the results of one-way variance analysis (ANOVA), the most retentive cement observed was 3M Scotchbond resin cement, followed by Panavia EX and zinc phosphate cement Highly significant differences have been found between the groups(p<0.001). 86
