Özet
Aynı yüzyıllarda tarih sahnesinde yer alan Joseon ve Osmanlı dönemin genel monarşi özelliklerini yansıtırken iki devlette de saray idare merkeziydi ve hükümdar ve hanesinin yaşadığı yer olarak sosyal yaşamın varlığını sürdürdüğü bir mekandı. Neo Konfüçyüsçü düşünce ekolünün etkili olduğu Joseon Hanedanlığı'nda ve Türk-İslam devleti olan Osmanlı Devleti'nde“doğru”yöneticinin sahip olması gereken özellikler (ilkeler) benzerdi. Bu doğrultuda devletin yönetim anlayışı ve şekli şekillenmişti. Bu tez çalışmasında Neo Konfüçyüsçü bir devlet olarak kurulan Joseon Hanedanlığı ile İslam devleti olarak hüküm süren Osmanlı Devleti'nin saray teşkilatlanması, saray yapısı ve törenleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Tarihi Orta Asya'ya dayanan Osmanlı ile Uzak Doğu'da günümüz Kore topraklarında kurulmuş Joseon Hanedanlığı arasındaki benzerliklerden bahsedilmiştir.

The Ottoman Empire and the Joseon Dynasty, which took place on the stage of history in the same centuries, reflected the general monarchy characteristics of the period. In both states, the palace was the center of administration and was a place where social life continued as the place where the ruler and his household lived. The characteristics (principles) that a“right”ruler should have were similar in the Joseon Dynasty, where the Neo-Confucian school of thought was influential, and in the Ottoman Empire, a Turkish-Islamic state. In this direction, the understanding and form of government of the state was shaped. In this thesis study, information is given about the palace organization, palace structure and ceremonies of the Joseon Dynasty, which was founded as a Neo Confucian state, and the Ottoman Empire, which ruled as an Islamic state. The similarities between the Ottoman Empire, which dates back to Central Asia, and the Joseon Dynasty, which was established in the Far East in today's Korean territory, were mentioned.
