Özet
Bu tezde meyveleri ek bir kimyasal bileşen kullanmadan mekanik tasarımla optimum hijyen seviyesine nasıl getirileceği incelenmiştir. Söz konusu mekanik sistemin ilk önce boyutları ve çalışma ortamının yapısı tanımlanmış daha sonra hangi fırça sisteminin kullanılacağı sekiz farklı fırça alternatifleri arasından tek tek test edilerek saptanmıştır. Optimum hijyen şartını sağlamak için seçilen fırça sistemi mekanik sisteme entegre edilerek optimum süre saptanmış daha sonra mekanik sistemin optimum sonucu daha kısa sürede verebilmesi için alternatif sistem tasarımı sorgulanmıştır. Söz konusu mekanik sistem için optimum çalışma tasarım verilmiş, sonraki çalışmalarda sistemin geliştirilmesi için dikkat edilmesi gerekenler belirtilmiştir

In this thesis, it was examined how to bring fruits to the optimum hygiene level with mechanical design without using any additional chemical components. At the first phase the dimensions of the mechanical system and the type of the working environment were defined, and then which brush system to use was determined by testing one by one among eight different brush alternatives. In order to ensure optimum hygiene conditions, the selected brush system was integrated into the mechanical system and the optimum time was determined, and then the alternative system design was questioned so that the mechanical system could provide the optimum result in a shorter time. The optimum working design for the mechanical system is given, and the things that need to be taken into consideration for the development of the system in subsequent studies are stated.
