Özet
Eser metninin ilk bölümünde çalışmanın konusu olan ''sağaltım'' kavramına ve tarihçesine değinilmiş, tarihsel açıdan felsefe ve psikanaliz alanında nasıl ele alındığı incelenmiştir. Felsefe tarihinde katharsis terimiyle Antik Yunan'da karşılaşmaktayız. Sanat felsefesi alanında konuyu eğilen ilkçağ filozoflarından Aristoteles'in Poetika eserinde tragedyalarla tiyatronun özünün ''ruhsal arınma'' olduğu ifadesi Platon'un Devlet yapıtında kavramı kullanışıyla farklılıklar içermektedir. Alman idealizmi düşünürlerinden Hegel ve Schelling'in de katharsis kuramına yaklaşımları mevcuttur. Klasik psikanalizin temellerini inşa eden Sigmund Freud'un geliştirdiği yöntem, psikanaliz ve tedavi süreci hakkında detaylı bir bilgilendirme yapılmıştır. Klasik psikanalizin devamı olan ego psikolojisi, Adler'in geliştirdiği Bireysel Psikoloji, Jung'un Analitik Psikolojisi ve toplumsal sorunları da bakış açısına dahil eden Erich Fromm ile günümüzün önemli ekollerinden Varoluşçu psikanalizin düşünsel farklılıkları üzerinde durulmuştur. Psikanalistlerin çok önem verdiği rüyalar konusunda ekollerin yaklaşım biçimleri anlatılmıştır. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde sanatsal pratiklerin sağaltıcı bir amaçla insanlık tarihi boyunca bireyin edimlerine nasıl yansıdığı Sibirya şamanik toplulukları üzerinden değerlendirilmiştir. Geliştirilen sanatsal yaratıcılık teorileri sonrasında psikoterapide ve ruh hekimlerinin saha çalışmalarında kullandıkları sanatsal faaliyetler ve ayrıca çocuk resimlerindeki sembolik dilin fark edilmesiyle Amerika'da gelişmeye başlayan 'sanat terapisi'nin tarihçesi ve uygulama alanlarından bahsedilmiştir. Sanat tarihinden başlıca sanatçıların eserlerinden örneklerle hem bireysel hem de toplumsal yaşantıların etkilerine değinilmiştir. Eser metninin üçüncü bölümünde sanatla sağaltımı çalışmalarının merkezine alan sanatçılardan Joseph Beuys ve Anselm Kiefer'in özelinde ise yaratma edimlerinin bireysel ve toplumsal tarih boyutunda tetikleyici dinamikleri irdelenmiştir. Beuys ve Kiefer'in çalışmalarında gördüğümüz şamanik etkiler, simya bilgisi ve ezoterizm, antropozofi öğretisi ve mitolojik konulardan beslenmişlerdir. Böylece bireysel ve toplumsal travmaların sağaltımı hedef alınmıştır.

The first part of the text mentions the concept of“healing”and its history, which is the subject of the study. It examines how the concept of healing has been handled historically in the field of philosophy and psychoanalysis. We encounter the term catharsis in Ancient Greece in the history of philosophy. Aristotle's statement that the essence of tragedies and theater is“spiritual purification”in his work Poetics as one of the ancient philosophers who focused on the subject in the field of philosophy of art differs from Plato's use of the concept in his work The Republic. Hegel and Schelling, thinkers of German idealism, also have approaches to the theory of catharsis. Detailed information is given about the method developed by Sigmund Freud, who built the foundations of classical psychoanalysis and its treatment process. It focuses on the intellectual differences in ego psychology, which is a continuation of classical psychoanalysis, Adler's Individual Psychology, Jung's Analytical Psychology, Erich Fromm, who included social problems in his perspective, and Existential psychoanalysis, one of the most important schools of psychoanalysis today. It explains the approaches of the schools on dreams to which psychoanalysts attach great importance. The second part of the study evaluates how artistic practices have been reflected in the acts of the individual with a healing purpose throughout human history via Siberian shamanic communities. It describes the artistic activities used by psychotherapists and psychiatrists in their field studies after the theories of artistic creativity were developed, as well as the history and application areas of 'art therapy', which started to develop in the U.S. with the recognition of the symbolic language in children's drawings. It mentions the effects of both individual and social experiences with examples from the works of major artists from the history of art. The third part of the text examines the triggering dynamics of the acts of creation in the dimension of individual and social history through Joseph Beuys and Anselm Kiefer, artists who put healing through art at the center of their work. Beuys and Kiefer's work is influenced by shamanic influences, alchemy knowledge and esotericism, anthroposophy and mythological themes. Thus, the aim was to provide healing for individual and social traumas.
