Özet

Masa tenisi sporunda, oyun esnasında görülen artmış fleksiyona dayalı vücut postürünün sürekli olarak kullanılması, masa tenisi sporcularında postüral bozulmaların gözlemlenebileceğini düşündürmektedir. Bu çalışmada 26'sı kadın 20'si erkek 46 masa tenisi sporcusu değerlendirmeye alınarak olabilecek postüral değişiklikleri tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Sabitlenmiş bir kamera sistemi kullanılarak belirli bir uzaklık ve yükseklikten sporcular hem anterior hem de lateral yönden fotoğraflanmıştır. Değerlendirme için kullanılacak olan noktalara renkli markerlar yerleştirilmiş ve çekilen fotoğraflar ile açısal değerlendirmeler bilgisayar üzerinden yapılmıştır. Sporcularda kifoz ve lordoz açılarının ölçümü için dual inklinometre kullanılmıştır ve ölçümler iki kez kullanılarak not edilmiştir. Ayrıca bu sporculara ayak analizi yapmak için ayaklarının lateral ve posterior fotoğrafları çekilerek Ayak Postür İndeksi'ne göre değerlendirilmiştir. Bu ölçümlerin sonucunda önde baş postürü ve yuvarlak omuz olan sporcuların sayısının fazla olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak kifoz ve lordoz açısında anlamlbir farklılık görülmemiştir. Ayak değerlendirmesinin sonucunda ise dominant ve nondominant ayak arasında bir fark gözlenmezken ayakların çoğunlukla nötral pozisyonda olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Masa tenisi sporcularında sporun doğası gereği artmış fleksiyon postürü nedeniyle postüral sapmalar olabileceği görülmüştür.

In table tennis, the constant use of body posture based on increased flexion during the game suggests that postural deteriorations can be observed in table tennis athletes. In this study, 46 table tennis athletes, 26 women and 20 men, were evaluated and it was aimed to determine possible postural changes. Athletes were photographed from both anterior and lateral directions from a certain distance and height using a fixed camera system. Colored markers were placed at the points to be used for evaluation, and angular evaluations were made on the computer with the photographs taken. A dual inclinometer was used to measure kyphosis and lordosis angles in athletes and the measurements were recorded using twice. In addition, in order to analyze the feet of these athletes, lateral and posterior photographs of their feet were taken and evaluated according to Foot Posture Index. As a result of these measurements, it was seen that the number of athletes with forward head posture and rounded shoulders was high. However, no difference was observed in terms of kyphosis and lordosis. As a result of the foot evaluation, no difference was observed between dominant and non-dominant feet, and it was observed that the feet were mostly in a neutral position. It has been observed that table tennis athletes may have postural deviations due to the increased flexion posture due to the nature of the sport.
