Özet
Geleneksel tarih yazımı, antik çağlarda kök bulmuş ve 19. yüzyıla kadar geçen sürede eril söylem tarafından sistemleştirilmiştir. Böylece tarih özellikle batılı, beyaz ve burjuva erkeği çevresinde gelişim göstermiştir. 1970'lerin sonlarında yoğunluk kazanan eleştirel feminist tarih yazımı, kadının her alanda görünürlüğünü sağlamak adına feminist hareket için kaynak oluşturmuştur. Bu alanlardan birini de suç oluşturmaktadır. Toplumsal cinsiyetin cereyan ettiği alanlardan biri olan suçun erkek ile özdeşleştirilmesi suçlu kadınların ceza sisteminde ve toplumsal hayatta cinsiyet rolleri bağlamında sorunlarla karşılaşmasına neden olmuştur. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı eleştirel feminist tarih yazımından yola çıkarak hüküm giymiş kadının yaşam deneyimlerine ışık tutmaktır. Hükümlü kadınların karşılaştıkları cinsiyet temelli sorunlar ve öznel deneyimleri açığa çıkarmak bu çalışmanın asıl kurgusunu oluşturmaktadır. Literatürde hükümlü kadına yönelik çalışmalar mevcuttur fakat çalışmanın gerek kuramsal çerçevesi gerekse seçmiş olduğu örneklem özgün değerini oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın temel kuramı olan eleştirel feminist tarih yazımı çerçevesinde hüküm giymiş kadının deneyimleri incelenmiş olup literatürdeki bu boşluğu doldurması açısından önem arz etmektedir. Çalışma 18 yaş ve üzeri hüküm giymiş 7 katılımcı ile gerçekleşmiştir. Derinlemesine görüşme tekniği ile elde edilen veriler MAXQDA Veri Analizi Yazılımı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları göre, siyasi suçtan içeri giren katılımcılar dışında diğer katılımcıların eğitim seviyeleri oldukça düşük olduğu görülmüştür. Kadınların en fazla işledikleri suç uyuşturucu madde kullanımı/bulundurma ve hırsızlık olmuştur. Kadınları suçu en fazla 18-27 yaş grubunda işlemiştir. Siyasi suçtan içeri giren kadınlar eylemlerini suç olarak tanımlamamıştır. Katılımcıların işledikleri suç ile ekonomik sıkıntılar arasında paralellik görülmüştür.

Traditional historiography found its roots in ancient age and was systematised by masculine discourse until the 19th century. Thus, history has developed especially around the western, white and bourgeois male. Critical feminist historiography, which gained intensity in the late 1970s, has been a source for the feminist movement in order to ensure the visibility of women in every field. One of these areas is crime. The identification of crime with men, which is one of the areas where gender occurs, has caused criminal women to face problems in the penal system and in social life in the context of gender roles. The main purpose of this study is to shed light on the life experiences of convicted women based on critical feminist historiography. Revealing the gender-based problems and subjective experiences of convicted women constitutes the main construct of this study. There are studies on convicted women in the literature, but both the theoretical framework and the sample chosen by the study constitute its unique value. The experiences of convicted women are analysed within the framework of critical feminist historiography, which is the basic theory of the study, and it is important in terms of filling this gap in the literature. The study was conducted with 7 convicted participants aged 18 and over. The data obtained through in-depth interviews were analysed using MAXQDA Data Analysis Software. According to the results of the research, except for the participants who were convicted of political offences, the education levels of the other participants were quite low. The most common offences committed by women were drug use/possession and theft. Women committed the offences mostly in the 18-27 age group. Women who were imprisoned for political offences did not define their actions as a crime. There was a parallelism between the offences committed by the participants and economic problems.
