Özet
Kentsel morfolojinin kavram ve uygulama arasındaki incelenmesi, kentsel tarihi yerleşmenin gelişiminin ve kentin farklı dönemlerde geçirdiği değişim aşamalarının oluşumunda ve bilgisinde, araştırılmaya ilgi duyulan teorik kavramların uygulanmasında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Kentin kentsel morfolojisi, kentsel morfolojinin tarihsel gelişimine dayalı olarak kentsel formun oluşum ve dönüşüm süreçlerinin incelenmesine odaklanmaktadır, yani bölgeyi incelemek için farklı zaman aşamaları seçilecektir. İçeriğinde kentsel form ve mekan teorileri gibi kavramlar yer almakta ve bu sayede bölgenin ve zaman içinde kentsel formunu etkileyen faktörlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu çalışma, mahallenin özelliklerinin ve kentsel alanlara erişimin incelenmesinin yanı sıra, sit alanının (Kuzguncuk) yer teorisi kapsamında beş unsurla incelenmesine ve bu unsurların mahalleye uygulanmasının sonuçlarının bilinmesine ışık tutmaktadır. Kuzguncuk'ta mevcut 2023 yılı boyunca herhangi bir değişiklik olmadığı için bu çalışma, dört farklı zaman diliminde (1922, 1982, 2005, 2021, 2023) toplanan ve veri analizinde dört döneme (1922, 1982, 2005, 2021) odaklanmaktadır. Araştırma alanının araştırmacısı tarafından ziyaretler, saha araştırmaları ve Üsküdar Belediyesi'nde mevcut olan bilgilere bağlı olarak toplanan bilgi verileri kullanılmış, üretilmiş ve düzenlenmiştir. Anlamayı, çalışmayı kolaylaştıran haritalar ve harita üretiminde coğrafi bilgi sistemlerinin kullanımını kolaylaştıran haritalar kapsamında, seçilen dönemlerde zaman diliminin kentsel formuna ilişkin en önemli sonuçların ve tartışmaların geliştirilmesiyle çalışma ortaya çıkmıştır. . Kentte meydana gelen değişkenleri ve onu etkileyen faktörleri bilmek, zamanla değişen ve gelişen kentlerin nedenleri konusunda seçilen çalışma alanının gerçekliğine yönelik teorilerin uygulanması amacıyla bu tür çalışmalara ilgi duyulmaktadır.

The study of urban morphology between concept and application has an important role in the formation and knowledge of the development of the urban historical settlement and the stages of change that the city has undergone through different periods and the application of theoretical concepts that are interested in studying the urban morphology of the city, that urban morphology focuses on the studying of the processes of formation and transformation of the urban form based on its historical development, that is, different time stages will be chosen to study the region. With its contents of concepts such as urban form and theories of place, and thus aims to study the region and the factors that affected its urban form over time. This study sheds light on the study of the site area (Kuzguncuk) within the theory of place with the five elements and knowing the results of applying these elements to the neighborhood, in addition to studying the characteristics of the neighborhood, and access to urban areas. Through four different time stages (1922, 1982, 2005, 2021, 2023), this study focuses on four periods (1922, 1982, 2005, 2021) in collected and data analysis, because there is no change in Kuzguncuk through the existing year 2023, the information data collected by the researcher of the study area depending on visits, field surveys, and information available in Uskudar Municipality was used, produced, and arranged. Within the maps that facilitate understanding and study and the use of geographic information systems in the production of maps, where end, the study came out with the development of the most important conclusions and discussions about the urban form of the time zone during the elected periods. Interest in such studies in order to know the variables that occur in the city and the factors that affect it, in addition to applying theories to the reality of the case of the elected study area in the reasons for changing and developing cities over time.
