Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı Endüstri 4.0 uygulamaları ve iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ışığı altında Finne-Kinney Risk Değerlendirmesinin uygulanmasının amacı ve öneminin incelenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmada metal imalat sektöründe kullanılan endüstri 4.0 uygulamasının iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kapsamında Fine Kinney Risk Değerlendirme metodu kullanılmıştır. Yapılan risk değerlendirmesi ile metal imalat sektöründe iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamaları ile endüstri 4.0 sisteminin çalışma ortamına etkisi incelenmiştir. Bulgular: Bu tez çalışmasında metal imalat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir firmada risk analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir.Yapılan risk değerlendirmesinde firmanın geneli ele alındığında 12 Esaslı Risk, 9 Olası Risk, 1 Önemsiz Risk ve 7 Önemli Risk ve 5 Tolerans Gösterilemez Risk olduğu, firma özelinde kullanılan makineler kapsamında incelendiğinde 8 Olası Risk, 12 Önemli Risk, ve 13 Esaslı Risk olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Sonuç: Risk analizinde elde edilen bulgular değerlendirildiğinde, firmanın iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile Endüstri 4.0 açısından incelenerek bu sistemi iyi bir şekilde yönetebildiği ve iş kazalarının bu duruma bağlı olarak azaldığı görülmüştür. Endüstri 4.0 sisteminin yaygın olarak kullanılması, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği bakımından gerekli önlemlerin alınıp uygulanması ve çalışanların bilinçli bir şekilde iş akışına uyması gibi faktörler firmanın güçlü yanlarını oluştururken aynı zamanda fırsatları da beraberinde getirmektedir. Bununla birlikte, işe yeni başlayan çalışanların sürece uyum sağlamaları ve eğitimlerinin yetersiz olması gibi zayıf yönler belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, firma içinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile Endüstri 4.0 sisteminin metal imalatı sektöründe başarılı bir şekilde uygulandığı tespit edilmiştir.

Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the metal manufacturing sector with the Fine Kinney Risk Assessment method within the scope of Industry 4.0 and Occupational Health and Safety. Materials and Methods: In the preparation of the study, the Fine Kinney Risk assessment method was used within the scope of occupational health and safety of the industry 4.0 application used in the metal manufacturing sector. With the risk assessment, occupational health and safety practices in the metal manufacturing sector and the impact of the industry 4.0 system on the working environment were examined. Results: In this thesis study, a risk analysis was carried out in a company operating in the metal manufacturing sector. In the risk assessment, when the company is considered in general, there are 12 Fundamental Risks, 9 Possible Risks, 1 Insignificant Risk, 7 Significant Risks and 5 Untolerable Risks, and when examined within the scope of the machines used specifically for the company, ıt was observed that there were 8 Potential Risks, 12 Significant Risks, and 13 Essential Risks. Conclusion: When the findings obtained in the risk analysis were evaluated, it was seen that the company was examined in terms of occupational health and safety and industry 4.0, and that the company was able to manage this system well and that work accidents decreased accordingly. Factors such as the widespread use of the Industry 4.0 system, taking and implementing the necessary precautions in terms of occupational health and safety, and employees' conscious compliance with the workflow constitute the strengths of the company, but also bring opportunities. However, weaknesses such as the adaptation of new employees to the process and insufficient training have been identified. As a result, it has been determined that the occupational health and safety and industry 4.0 system has been successfully implemented in the metal manufacturing sector within the company.
