Özet
Teknolojinin gelişmesi, hayatın her alanına etki ettiği gibi eğitim alanında da kendini göstermektedir. Bu durum, eğitimde dijitalleşmenin önemini arttırmaktadır. Dijital unsurların her alanda bu denli yaygınlaşması eğiten, eğitilen ve eğitim materyallerinin dijitalleşme sürecine ayak uydurmasını zorunlu kılmaktadır. Ders kitapları, yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretiminde en önemli materyallerdendir. Dolayısıyla bu kitaplar, çağa ayak uydurarak teknolojik unsurları içinde barındırmalı, teknoloji ile iç içe büyümüş bir neslin beklenti ve ihtiyaçlarını karşılar nitelikte olmalıdır. Yapılan alan yazın taramasından hareketle, konu ile ilgili çalışmaların olduğu görülmüş, ancak doğrudan yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretimi alanında böyle bir çalışmanın olmadığı fark edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Kültür Sanat Basımevi'ne ait İstanbul Yabancılar için Türkçe seti ve Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Yedi İklim Yabancılar için Türkçe Öğretimi seti kitaplarının dijital okuryazarlık bağlamında incelenmesidir. Bu çalışmada, alan uzmanlarının görüşleri doğrultusunda dijital okuryazarlık ile ilgili anahtar kelimeler belirlenmiş ve bu kelimelerin kitaplardaki geçiş sıklıkları tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın veri kaynağını Kültür Sanat Basımevi'ne ait İstanbul Yabancılar için Türkçe seti ders kitapları (A1,A2,B1,B2,C1), çalışma kitapları (A1,A2,B1,B2,C1) ve Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Yedi İklim Yabancılar için Türkçe Öğretimi seti ders kitapları (A1,A2,B1,B2,C1,C2), çalışma kitapları (A1,A2,B1,B2,C1,C2) oluşturmuştur. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırmalarda kullanılan doküman analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Dokümanlar, bilimsel araştırmalar için önemli veri kaynaklarıdır. Çalışmanın ilk aşamasında set kitaplarında hangi kelimelerin geçiş sıklıklarının taranacağı belirlenmiş, bu kelimeler belirlenirken alan uzmanlarının çalışmalarına başvurulmuştur. Kültür Sanat Basımevi'ne ait İstanbul Yabancılar için Türkçe seti ve Yunus Emre Enstitüsü Yedi İklim Yabancılar için Türkçe Öğretimi seti kitaplarında dijital okuryazarlıkla ilgili belirlenen kelimelerin geçiş sıklıkları saptanmış ve veriler analiz edilmiştir. Aynı yıl içerisinde iki kitap seti de tekrar incelenmiş ve ikinci incelemeden elde edilen verilerle ilk veriler kıyaslanarak aralarındaki tutarlılık oranına bakılmıştır. Bu oran %92 çıkmıştır. Araştırmanın verilerinin tutarlı olduğu görülmüştür. Daha sonra bu veriler doğrultusunda araştırmanın bulgular bölümü yazılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuç kısmına bakıldığında yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretimi kitaplarında dijital okuryazarlıkla ilgili kavramların tamamının bulunduğu fakat bu kelimelerin kitaplarda düzenli bir dağılımının olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.

As it affects every area of life, development of technology manifests itself in the field of education as well. This situation increases importance of digitalization on education. The widespread of digital elements in every field requires, educators, trainees and educational materials to keep up with the digitalization process. Course books are one of the most important materials in teaching Turkish to foreigners. Therefore, these books should keep up with the times, include technological elements, and meet the expectations and needs of a generation that has grown up with technology. Based on the literature review, it was seen that there were studies by Maden, Maden and Banaz (2018) and Direkçi, Akbulut, Şimşek (2018) on the subject, but it was noticed that there was no such study directly in the field of teaching Turkish as a foreign language. The aim of this study is to examine the books of the Istanbul Turkish for Foreigners set of the Culture and Arts Printing House and the Yunus Emre Institute Yedi İklim Teaching Turkish for Foreigners set books in the context of digital literacy. In this study, keywords related to digital literacy were determined in line with the opinions of field experts and the frequency of occurrence of these words in the books was determined. The data source of the research is the Istanbul Turkish for Foreigners set textbooks (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1), v workbooks (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1) belonging to the Culture and Arts Printing House and Yunus Emre Institute's Yedi İklim Turkish for Foreigners. The teaching set consists of textbooks (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) and workbooks (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2). The document analysis technique used in qualitative research was used in this study.Document analysis is a qualitative research technique that involves questioning and analyzing written and visual data obtained from primary sources related to the subject to be researched. Documents are important data sources for scientific studies. In the first stage of the study, it was determined which words' frequency of occurrence would be scanned in the set books, and the studies of field experts were consulted when determining these words. The frequency of occurrence of words related to digital literacy in the books of the Istanbul Turkish for Foreigners set of the Culture and Arts Printing House and the Yedi İklim Teaching Turkish for Foreigners set of the Yunus Emre Institute were determined and the data were analyzed. In the same year, both sets of books were examined again and the data obtained from the second examination was compared with the first data to check the consistency rate between them. This rate is detected %92. The data of the research were found to be consistent. Then, the findings section of the research was written in line with these data. When looking at the conclusion of the research, it was determined that all the concepts related to digital literacy were included in the books of the Turkish teaching set to foreigners, but these words did not have a regular distribution in the books.
