Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Web 2.0 araçlarının 5. sınıf öğrencilerinin Dünya ve Evren hakkındaki yanılgılarına, Dünya ve Evren konusundaki başarılarına, yapılandırmacı öğrenme ortamlarına ilişkin algılarına ve 21. yüzyıl becerilerine etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu çalışmada gerçek deneysel modellerden biri olan ön test-son test kontrol gruplu model kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın deneysel müdahalesinde, deney grubuna Web 2.0 araçları destekli öğretim, kontrol grubuna ise müfredata dayalı öğretim uygulanmıştır. Web 2.0 araçları destekli öğretimde Canva, WordClouds ve VistaCreate araçları kullanılırken; müfredata dayalı öğretimde ise Fen Bilimleri Ders Kitabı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Türkiye'nin güneydoğusunda bulunan bir ilçedeki iki ortaokulun 5. sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmuştur. Çalışmaya 50 deney grubu, 50 kontrol grubu olmak üzere toplam 100 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri Güneş, Dünya ve Ay Kavram Testi, Güneş, Dünya ve Ay Başarı Testi, Yapılandırmacı Öğrenme Ortamları Ölçeği ve 21. Yüzyıl Becerileri Ölçeği olmak üzere dört veri toplama aracı ile toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda web 2.0 araçları destekli öğretimin 5. sınıf ortaokul öğrencilerinin dünya ve evren konusundaki yanılgılarını gidermede, dünya ve evren konusundaki başarılarını artırmada, yapılandırmacı öğrenme ortamlarına ve 21. yüzyıl becerilerine ilişkin algılarını yükseltmede etkili bir yöntem olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca deney grubundaki kız öğrencilerin dünya ve evren konusunda başarılarının erkek öğrencilere göre daha yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu sonuca göre web 2.0 araçları destekli öğretimin 5. sınıf öğrencilerine dünya ve evren konusunun öğretilmesinde müfredat temelli öğretime göre daha etkili olduğu söylenebilir

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of web 2.0 tools on 5th grade students' misconceptions about the Earth and the Universe, their achievement in the Earth and the Universe, their perceptions of constructivist learning environments and their 21st century skills. In this study, pretest-posttest control group model, one of the real experimental models, was used. In the experimental intervention of the research, Web 2.0 tools supported instruction was applied to the experimental group and curriculum-based instruction was applied to the control group. While Canva, WordClouds and VistaCreate tools were used in Web 2.0 tools supported instruction; Science Course book was used in curriculum based instruction. The study group of the research consisted of 5th grade students of two secondary schools in a district located in the southeast of Turkey. A total of 100 students, 50 for the experimental group and 50 for the control group, took part in the study. The data of the study were collected with four data collection tools: Sun, Earth and Moon Concept Test, Sun, Earth and Moon Achievement Test, Constructivist Learning Environments Scale and 21st Century Skills Scale. As a result of the research, it was seen that web 2.0 tools supported teaching was an effective method in eliminating the misconceptions of 5th grade secondary school students about the world and universe, increasing their achievement in the world and universe, increasing their perceptions of constructivist learning environments and 21st century skills. In addition, it was concluded that the achievement of female students in the experimental group in the subject of world and universe was higher than that of male students. According to this result, it can be said that web 2.0 tools supported instruction is more effective than curriculum-based instruction in teaching the world and universe subject to 5th grade students
