Özet
Osmanlı kültüründe önemli bir konuma sahip olan giyim ve kuşam, kültürün de etkin göstergelerinden biri olmuştur. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun gücünü ve zenginliğini yansıtan kıyafet tercihleri, statülere göre değişkenlik gösterdiği gibi saraydaki konumları da ifade edebilmekteydi. Bu kapsamda Osmanlı saraylarındaki kumaş ve kıyafet tercihleri, tarihsel süreç içerisinde birçok araştırmacıya konu bütünlüğü oluşturmaktadır. Böylelikle bu çalışma ile Osmanlı sarayında Enderun Teşkilatı'nın kurulması ve kurulan yeni topluluğun giyim ve kuşam tercihlerinin araştırılması sağlanmıştır. Özellikle Batılılaşma hareketleri ile Enderun Teşkilatı ve Has Odalı ağa kıyafet tercihleri üzerinde değişim, gelişim ve dönüşüm boyutları yeni tartışma platformları üzerinde değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada veriler, tarama ve belge analizi yöntemi ile elde edilmiş, arşiv merkezlerinden doğrudan yararlanılarak analizlerin yorumlanması sağlanmıştır. Yapılan incelemelerin sonucunda tarihsel süreç içerisinde giyim ve kuşam tercihlerinin statüsel bir ilke olarak kullanıldığı ve geçen süre boyunca genel bir olumlamanın sağlandığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonunda Has Odabaşı Cafer Ağa'ya ait bir kıyafet örnek alınmış, tasarım ve sergileme süreci gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Having an important position in Ottoman culture, clothing and attire was one of the effective indicators of culture. Reflecting the power and wealth of the Ottoman Empire, clothing preferences varied according to status and could also express the positions in the palace. In this context, fabric and clothing preferences in the Ottoman palaces have been the subject of many researchers in the historical process. Thus, this study aims to investigate the establishment of the Enderun Organization in the Ottoman palace and the clothing and attire preferences of the new community. Especially with the Westernization movements, the dimensions of change, development and transformation on the Enderun Organization and the clothing preferences of the Private Chamberlain agha were evaluated on new discussion platforms. The data in the research were obtained by scanning and document analysis method, and the interpretation of the analysis was provided by making direct use of archive centers. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that clothing and attire preferences have been used as a status principle in the historical process and that a general affirmation has been achieved throughout the period. At the end of the study, an outfit belonging to Private Chamberlain Cafer Agha was taken as an example and the design and exhibition process was realized.
