Özet
Bu çalışmada Tokat ilinde endemik olan Stachys setifera C.A. Meyer subsp. lycia (Gand.) Bhattacharjee ile ilgili herhangi bir biyolojik aktivite çalışmasına rastlanmamıştır. Bu nedenle araştırma konusu olarak Stachys setifera C.A. Meyer subsp. lycia (Gand.) Bhattacharjee türü belirlenmiş ve bu bitkinin kök, gövde, yaprak ve çiçek kısımlarından polar ve polar olmayan ekstraktlar elde edilerek, antibakteriyel ve antioksidan aktiviteleri belirlenmiştir ve bazı farmasotik yapıları incelenmiştir.Yapılan literatür taramasında seçilen bitki ile ilgili biyoaktif bileşiklere yönelik çalışma mevcut değildir. Bundan dolayı bu bitkinin kök, gövde, çiçek ve yaprak kısımlarının su, metanol, hekzan ve diklormetan özütleri elde edilerek biyolojik aktivitelerine bakılmıştır. Farklı özütlerin farklı antioksidan aktivite gösterdiği belirlenmiş olup özellikle en çok kök metanol ve yaprak metanol de yüksek antioksidan özelliğe sahip olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca antibakteriyel aktivite açısından Streptococcus pyogenes, Bacillus cereus, Enterobacter facialis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes ve Escherichia coli bakterisine karşı inhibitör etkisi Stachys setifera C.A. Meyer subsp. lycia (Gand.) Bhattacharjeeüzerinde etkileri incelenmiştir. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda Streptococcus pyogenes bakterisinin gövde su ve kök metanol özütünde, Bacillus cereus 'da kök metanol, Escherichia coli 'de yaprak metanol, Klebsiella pneumoniae' da çiçek su özütünde etkili zon saptanmıştır.

In this study, Stachys setifera C.A. Meyer, subsp. lycia (Gand.) No biological activity studies have been found on Bhattacharjee. Therefore, as the subject of research, Stachys setifera C.A. Meyer subsp. lycia (Gand.) The Bhattacharjee species was determined and polar and non-polar extracts were obtained from the root, stem, leaf and flower parts of this plant, its antibacterial and antioxidant activities were determined and some pharmaceutical structures were examined. There is no study on bioactive compounds related to the plant selected in the literature review. Therefore, water, methanol, hexane and dichlormethane extracts of the root, stem, flower and leaf parts of this plant were obtained and their biological activities were examined. It has been determined that different extracts show different antioxidant activity, and especially root methanol and leaf methanol have high antioxidant properties.In addition, in terms of antibacterial activity, it has an inhibitory effect against Streptococcus pyogenes, Bacillus cereus, Enterobacter facialis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes and Escherichia coli bacteria, Stachys setifera C.A. Meyer subsp. lycia (Gand.) Its effects on bhattacharjee have been studied. As a result of the study, an effective zone was found in the stem water and root methanol extract of Streptococcus pyogenes bacteria, root methanol in Bacillus cereus, leaf methanol in Escherichia coli, and flower water extract in Klebsiella pneumoniae.
